After paying for Prime Source Solution's services, I did not receive the services that were stated in the contract and never got any sort of response
I went to Prime Source Solutions on Sept14, after being told that I needed to go through their business in order to see an apartment I was interested in rentingI was explained by a an agent named Ronnie that in order to see any property, I would have to pay $through my debit card and sign a contactHe told me he would go over the whole contract with me and then, I had to sign and dateMuch of the information on the contract was left out when he explained it to meAfter signing, I handed over a copy of my recent FICO score report and my license so that they could copy itHe then provided me with a list of different properties in Arcadia, Rosemead and Psadena for me to view from the outsideAfter viewing all of the properties that night, I called them to ask a question and left a message as directed- even though they w
I submitted my written notification along with proof of residence I never moved from my address they have stopped replying no call back either
I submitted my written notification on 2/23/as I no longer needed the service as neither I or my son needed to moveI understood that I needed to wait the till the contract expired in order to get my refundI submitted everything in written notification along with mail as proof that we are still at the same locationIt is now 5/4/they are yet to reply to my emails to return my calls when I call they are rude they put me on eternal holdI just want my reimbursement which I'm entitled too if they need me to resend everything I can I have the first to the last email that I have sent them Please send me my refund
this experience has been horrible. They gave me an appointment & never called me.\r\n\r\nThey never answer the calls...theres always a voicemail\r\n\r\nThey never call back....dont answer emails..\r\n\r\n ITS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r\n\r\nWould never recommend them to anyone..\r\n\r\n& by the way they also charge a $200 fee.
