This company did more than expected I made an appointment for my elderly mother to get her tile cleaned Since I live in another state I was not able to be there to supervise of even help I called them and they were nice on the phoneWhen the technician went to my mother's he helped move the furniture since my mother was not able to He was extremely patientWe didn't charge more for the extra stuff he was doing but we thought it was fair to give me more, since my mother felt very cmfortable with him and he helped her a lotThank you for doing so much more than a regular company

Very glad I found this company to clean my floor. I have vinyl floors that looked yellowish because we never had it cleaned and we didn't know we could have this type of floor professionally cleaned. We have a neighbor who had other services with prime steamers and they recommended for us to use them. The floor looks amazing, it looks new, the yellow stains are no longer there and it looks very shiny.

I had a positive experience with Prime Steamers. I was desperate to find a reputable carpet cleaning company but I didn't know where to look. I've read many reviews and most of those companies seem to change the prices when they get to the homes or simply don't show up or call. When I found out that this company was accredited by Revdex.com it gave me a sense of relieve. They sent me a reminder the day before and had the decency to call me when they were on their way to my house. The service was excellent and I am very happy with how my carpet looks.
