We have tried rectifying the Title situation and are still working on it as expeditiously as we can. We sold this car at auction on behalf of a Dealer from Idaho. The Dealer UPS'd us the title but we are not able to locate the title or the envelope. Its an unfortunate circumstance
as we have looked everywhere for this title or the envelope and can not locate itBecause this envelope is missing we have had to apply for the duplicate title which required the Dealer to get a hold of the original owners for signature on the title so we can rush it to the State of IdahoI understand the signature by one party was submitted today and they are in the process of getting a hold of other other person to sign as well. All things, unfortunate, but our hands are tied on this process. We are not intentionally withholding this title from *** *** it just is bad luck on our part we can not locate the UPS envelope holding the titleWe would love to fulfill this obligation of title to *** *** as much as he would love to receive his titleWe also have a call into UPS to see if they can track as well. We have been working on this title issue the entire time.I did get an email and phone call from *** *** stating he had already filed this and he did give us a bad review on Facebook as well as turned us into the State for the Department of Motor Vehicles. After discussing with him we did offer him and did pay $in a check not in auction credit, which he was agreeable to. Again we are working on this problem daily and unfortunately my hands are tied until the signature comes back from the Dealer but please know we are following up daily and as soon as we have the correct paperwork we will most definitely be rushing it to the State for the title to be sent to *** ***. *** *** *** General Manager

I received the 75 dollar check in the mail. I indeed spoke with [redacted] who actually gave me the time of day. The office manager [redacted] did not. It is because of this that I will consider the Revdex.com complaint resolved. I even removed my Facebook rating. However, I offer this one piece of advice: Fellow dealer or not, DO NOT SELL A VEHICLE IN WHICH YOU DO NOT HAVE A TITLE IN HAND. You KNOW as well as I the trouble a dealer can incur because of this. It does not take 60 plus days to track down a title or apply for a duplicate title. I will wait a few more days, but I will proceed even further with the district vehicle investigator as well as previously mentioned suit if the title is not here soon.
