Contacted Prime Time Cooling to replace our duct work Found out the fiberglass lining iin the ducts were serverly compromised Every time the AC was turned on, fiberglass particles were dispersed into the air we breathed Called Prime Time Cooling The company responded to our call in a timely manner Came out to look over the job, The very next day, presented a proposal for replacing the ducts, explained why, the materials they would use, expected duration for the job and provided a price for the job Prime Tme Cooling came when they said they would They were timely, very professional and finised the job when they said they would Also, the cost of the job was exactly what was quoted We have asked Prime Time to service our systerm going forward We are very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to recomment the company to anyone

Prime Time Cooling is the best AC company in south Florida. I received two estimates from different companies and their prices were outrageous. I had to replace my entire A/C system last year (for the 2nd time) and selected Prime Time Cooling. They took the time to understand my prior a/c issues and concerns before guiding me through selecting a better brand and system. The installation was professional and the price was very competitive. Since the installation, they have pro-actively followed up for service checks and things have continued to run smoothly. [redacted] is polite, personable and knowledgeable. As someone who has been through 2 prior costly and failed a/c replacements with other companies, I can honestly recommend Prime Time Cooling as a good service.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Prime Time Cooling. I received several quotes (a total of 4) before I received a quote for a new air conditioner system from Prime Time Cooling. Many of the quotes that I received, the salesman stated that I must lock in on the price the same day and they would give me a gift (cleaning ducts) or a discounted quote. After meeting with the father/son business (Prime Time) I felt that I was given the bottom line and no games or gimmicks were presented. It was a simple process and they stated exactly the cost and the items that were needed (including a connector box). Other companies, indicated that I did not need the necessary items (such as a connector box) and tried to sell me units that were smaller than needed.

It was simple, Prime Time was able to install the unit on the date requested and there they were on time and took time out to explain how to use the unit and give me a one year service contact. The price was exceptional.
