I paid my bill always every month never missed a payment. When I wanted to go to another insurance company I was told I couldn’t cancel my insurance without out paying the policy out until it was over. Ed p... from the agency told me don’t worry about it that he would handle everything then I’m billed with something in collections saying I owed them money. Then he set me up with another insurance company and took out 1,000 dollars jus to start my policy with the new insurance which I didn’t understand because I have a good driving record and I never paid that much to start a insurance policy. I wanted to leave this company then go to State Farm I paid my insurance on the 10th switched over the 24 of the same month which means I used the insurance for only 14 days. They say they don’t owe me anything when they really do bcuz I only used the insurance for half the month so I entitled to the other half.
Client stated he paid his bill every month, which is false. His policy was at first cancelled on 2/27/2019 for non payment and had at least 4 pending cancellation due to non payments in 2019. Client was behind on his bills. From 02/26/2019 to 08/28/2019 he was charged by *** Insurance $3,151. His total payments paid to *** equaled $2,814.51. Their is a remaining bill left of $336.49. This bill is from *** Insurance which has since went to collections due to not being paid. That bill was due on 10/31/2019 which to this date has not been paid. He started a new policy with *** Insurance on 8/28/2019. $1,030.86 was his first payment was due to two bills being due. There was a bill for $515.43 on 8/29/19 and $515.43 due on 9/28/19. $1,030.86 was received on 9/28/19. *** had a 12 month premium of $6,549. His policy was active from 8/28/19 to 1/24/2020. From 8/28 to 1/24 $2,517.27 was the total amount due. Here is his payments: 9/28: $1,030.86 10/28: $515.43 11/04: $-515.43 (Payment Returned) 11/05: $10.59 11/05: $504.84 12/02: $515.43 12/03: $6 Invoice Fee 1/2: -$6 (Fee Waived) 1/10: $515.41 Total: $2,577.13 2/3: $59.86 (REFUND BACK TO CLIENT) Again, none of these charges are handled by our company. The companies he is requesting money from is *** Insurance and *** Insurance. All billing details have been listed and are documented by said companies.

I am rejecting this response because: I was never behind on my bill they might of went in my account at 12am and it wasn’t there but I would call they office soon they opened to let them know to go back in the out to take the money out because it was there the same day jus not at 12am that morning but 8am.
