I received a coupon for a free 3 day 2 night flight and hotel deal. I called the number on the coupon and was asked to go to 4000 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton FL, 33431 for a presentation which was scheduled for May 3, 2023 at 12pm.
I showed up and was escorted to a room where I was given a presentation on how to save money on my travels. It sounded fair as I do a lot of traveling, as is reflected on my statements .
The salesperson was very pushy, the membership originally was $3999 plus a $599 fee, I was then offered a membership owed by a previous member who generated a stop payment for a lesser sum. after I said No thank you several times, so the membership came down to $1800 if I paid it in full. I was told they were accredited by the BBB and offered boutique service. After making the payment I tried to cancel . No one responded . Turns out they are NOT accredited by BBB and do not communicate with you once you pay! ( see info attached ) I was told not to log on the website or call in the incentives I was given for the next 5 business days, (please see attachments). I found that a bit strange. So I decided to google the company the next day and could not find anything other than what appears to be a fictitious website for both business name and rewards center. Upon typing the name Prime Vacations International on the internet it only shows a page of the beach with a Gmail and password box in the center of the page. I right away called the bank but was told that I needed to wait until the transaction posted in order to be disputed.

I have made several attempts to contact them and to no avail, the number I am calling and texting shows they are reading the text but not responding. I have been trying to contact them since May 4, 2023. All I was told that they can answer any questions I have via text. The horrible reviews and prior customer complaints made me more afraid of loosing the $1800 I paid. This left me no choice but to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and the bank.
I am filing this dispute due to the fact that I am unable to contact them and I am not sure if they are a legitimate business. They extremely gave me misrepresentation on all they offered and promised when I paid the $1800 to Prime Vacations International. I have called to speak with someone to cancel but I only received a text response that they can answer any questions I have on May 4, 2023. I went in person today May 8, 2023 to speak with the rep that sold me the vacations package and was told to wait; No one ever came out to talk to me. I have since read all the reviews and I can honestly say it is the same situation that has happen to me, pushy sales person and the wait 5 days to claim your rewards as well as the log in to your membership account to avoid the 3 days cancellation period . All reviews start with the word SCAM.
I have made several attempts to log into the site by using the log in information I was given and to no avail, the site only stays on the beach photo that comes in and out of different beaches but no further progress.
I am afraid that I have been defrauded and taken advantage of my continuous love for
traveling, I was looking forward to saving on my travels, but this company does not meet the expectations promised or rewards given for becoming a member. It appears that all their information is fictitious.

Prime Vacations International LLC a guy who says that he is Robert Madhosingh the owner of the company. On 11-19-22 we purchased a travel membership for the amount of $2533.00 but we cancel right away because we noticed they lied to us and on the same day that we purchased we called him to cancel via phone and sent him an email as well. On the following day November 21st we sent everything back register mail through USPS. On November 21st Robert's email stated that he was going to return our money but he did not, because we are still waiting. Good thing we asked him to add a clause in the agreement stating if we were not happy within 2 weeks the company will return 100% back to our credit card. It has been 3 weeks and we haven't see the credit in our credit card yet. On December 6th we text him this morning and he replied back to me that he was going to check but we noticed that he blocked us because no other messages or calls are going out. Now we are calling our credit card to dipute that charge. This company is fraudulent and this guy Robert Madhosingh is a scammer.

Second part, just Read some of the BBB Complains, this compagny and this person need to be sue and TV 20/20 investigate them.

It is very interesting, Mr. VIctor NEVER DENY ALL THE EVIDENCE AND PROOF I SUBMIT AND SEND ON THE COMPLAINT. Because He knows it is all true and is HIS OWN WORDS.

But now he just plays dirty and takes one paragraph of the contract and tries to play against us. THAT IS VERY DISHONEST AND IMMORAL AND A TOTAL UNPROFESSIONAL LIKE A SCAM HIS MANNERS.

Because he contradicts himself. He keeps writing emails by his personal business contact and sign as Director of Operations and also by texts over whatsapp that WE ARE PROTECTED.

The ONLY REASON WHY WE BOUGHT with him THAT IS BECAUSE HE VERBALLY promised us the Release of our Orange Lakes Timeshare. We trusted him because he knew how to manipulate people and make people believe in him and rush us to sign here, there and here very fast. He said is an honest man of God, Christian, member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Arriving home, I sent him all the documents he was asking because he needed it to Start the process to Release, cancel Orange Lakes. The 22 september 2022, first time we got our access to the WEBSITE and checked the prices, is NOTHING close to what they show us at the presentation. the prices are ALL THE SAME as you can find over Expedia, trivago etc for FREE! There is no difference at all!
Many people complain they dont give access after 5-10 days, when the legal time of 3 days to cancel expires. It is a very dirty and dishonest way to conduct business.

But because we bought their service was not for their website, because WE NEVER USED. But because of their promise of RELEASE of our Orange Lakes program. And I wrote to him very clearly. And Also don't find it in the contract his verbal promise. F - Confirmation Release 9-22-22.pdf

Well, we already sent you the whole contract and Deed also the proof of full payment. We only have to pay the maintenance fees for 2023 when it arrives we will
pay it and send you the copy.
There is nothing else we have to pay to close the timeshare with Orange lakes, there are no bad surprises, nothing to pay extra. You told us your office will take
care of everything. You are specialists as you explained to us, you have a lot of experience and know how it works. You know more than me, a simple citizen.
So please Dr. Victor, as it does not say anything about that in the contract, we ask you to send us an email confirming what you told us verbally. That is all we need
to be calm and to be able to sleep well.
There is a saying that says words fly, writings remain. Please can you send us an email saying that you will take care of everything and that there will be no charge
to us, that youm, your office will take care of everything. It is really not much we are asking, 1 is all true and 2 that the main reason we bought Prime Vacations
International.

to initiate the process to release you from the Orange Lake timeshare. As mentioned, it will take approximately 12 months and your 2023 maintenance fee needs to
be current. As mentioned on the day of our agreement, throughout the process, the Orange Lake timeshare cannot have any liens or encumbrances.

Lies, everything is FALSE, their supposed travel gifts, you have to pay a lot of so-called administrative expenses that cost more than buying them yourself directly through Expedia.com or booking.com.

Also restaurant coupons are a lie because you have to pay 60% out of pocket and then the coupons come into effect and there are extra expenses. In the end those coupons are NOT worth anything. Read other people's comments and complaints, it explains it better.

THE fact that they DO NOT give you access to the site 5-10 days later is another proof that something is NOT right. because this way you can see that there is NOTHING special and what they say in the presentation is a lie. Many people confirm this in their complaints.

Everything is designed and done to defraud the honest people who believe in them, that is very serious, it is not ethical or moral at all. They violate all laws and rules of honest and responsible business, violating and not honoring the promises they make.

- 21 September 2023, Mr Victor Garcia offered to Refund our money and asked to not contact him till 18 October 2023. BUT HE NEVER REFUNDED! Askew him and said I need to wait 7 to 10 days, il will appear on our statement. TOTAL LIE NEVER REFUNDED always refused to send a transaction confirmation. Look at all the text evidence provided.

We met Mr Victor Garcia Da Rosa and we told him we already have Orange Lakes timeshare. He explains that his products are better and by buying with him, he will make sure with his Legal department to RELEASE ours with Oranges Lakes, like that we are not more responsible to pay any maintenance and any fees, because they will make sure it is cancelled.

By the promise and speech he gave us, we trusted him. He even said is a Cristian person and a man of God. Also said is a Former public person that ran for election of Florida gouvernement.
He said they program is FANTASTIC because we can get many discounts and much better prices than what we can have in another program or online discount. online for free.
But you know what.. they don't give you access to the account website before 5 days! and give you just 3 days to cancel it! Also there ANY GOOD PRICE IN THEY WEBSITE IS A TOTAL LIE.
But our main reason why we bought it was because he promised us will Release from our other Timeshare we have with Orange lakes. Here attached all the email exchange has proof. He promised many times and we need to wait 1 years to be done. More than a year has passed and NOTHING! He said will refund our money, but never did! Hang up and block our number. A Total mafia scam!
After reading all the BAD experience people had with this person, we need to make it public and prevent others and protect the public. This company is just to scam people.

This company has misled, lied, and deceived us regarding their travel membership.
July 1, 2023 we purchased a vacation membership from Prime Vacations which is nothing more than hotel or booking.com. The prices are not any lower than anywhere else. That same night and continuing into the next day we texted and called our salesperson Jeff, and the owner Robert with our intention to cancel due to deceptive practices. The packet given to us and cancellation letter were overnighted via certified mail on July 3rd meeting our 72 hour contractual obligation to cancel. Now they need to honor their agreement and the law. Funny thing, when we called to cancel, Victor (who was not present during the sale) is now trying to say that the lower price is not for a Wholesale Membership Plan but instead for an owner’s inventory. This is not the case. This was never stated to us upon sale or mentioned during the presentation or the discounts that this would change us out of the membership plan, there was only one option of a membership plan given to us and discussed the entire time we were there. Jeff never stated we were buying owner inventory during the entire sales pitch. It was defined as a Costco membership, and you are paying for a membership. No other option was offered or discussed. Complete Snakes. I'm assuming that this is the company's way out of a contract by claiming owners' inventory purchases, which is totally absurd since it is NEVER even addressed in their sales pitch! We have not heard anything from the owner who was informed of the cancellation intention through calls and texts once the 72-hour period came and went. The contract clearly states on page 9 section 12 the parameters that are required to cancel and they were met. We have not used nor even had access to their services and it is October 3, 2023. We want a full refund of our money as promised in the cancellation section of the agreement and per Florida Laws or we will file and take them to court.

Deceitful practices! They keep you hostage and do not allow any cancellations of your contract, regardless of following to the letter all required procedures for a refund
.They state you are buying “owner’s inventory”, don’t explain it, but use it as some sort of excuse to not be able to cancel your contract. No one seems to be able to explain exactly what it is!

Don’t be a fool and run !
Don’t sign anything ! I sign the contract they charged me $4500 . I send them a cancelation email the same day and even though I didn’t receive any services they didn’t give me my money back!
The contact number they give you never pick up the phone and you can’t leave a message.
Now I will have to hire an attorney and will contact Better Business Bureau. This is a scam !

Complete tommyrot and incredibly deceitful. How this company has not been closed down as a complete fraud is beyond my comprehension.

I attended a Travel seminar in Boca Raton with this company a couple of months ago decided I would give it a try so far I went to Orlando Thanksgiving and saved 50% on the hotel which was great, I read mixed reviews online and I thought it would be good to give them some credit since usually people write bad reviews although there were some great reviews out there also. Trying to plan a cruise next to Alaska and the prices are very attractive.

I attended the presentation in Boca Raton in Sept, 2022 decided to join the membership because it is truly different than Timeshare I came with 0 intention of joining but I felt there were some great deals on the cruises plus they mentioned they guarantee the lowest prices and that is in the contract, I am 1/1 so far I just got off of a short 5 day western Caribbean cruise I saved around $430.00 for 2 people the booking was easy and I promised the rep that after my first trip I would give them a great review. I am looking forward to more trips with this membership and I can see it will be fast value, if you take 1-2 trips per year it is worth it if you don't its probably not for you.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Everything about Prime Vacations International is a complete scam. The company representative, Victor Garcia da Rosa (Franchise Owner/Director of Operations), lied to us about the benefits of their program. He repeatedly told us that we could exchange our timeshare week for 7 nights at any of the more than one million hotels in their program. We soon learned this was a complete lie.

Victor told us that the membership cost over $10,000, but if we bought it on the day of the presentation we would only have to pay $2000, which we did on October 23, 2022. He explained that the State of Florida would pay the other $8000 because the State would benefit from increased travel spending from the program. We were unable to find such a state-funded program when we checked later. I suspect that this is yet another lie to make the buyer feel like they are getting a good deal and make them sign on the day of the presentation.

Another apparent scam that the company used on us was to delay our membership activation until after the cancellation period in the contract expired. We had our presentation on a Sunday and Victor told us that they only activate memberships on Fridays. So it took over a week for me to be able to go online and actually see all the ways that they had deceived us about their program.

On Tuesday, October 25, 2022, two days after we signed the contract, I called Victor because the idea of trading our timeshare week for 7 nights for any hotel just seemed too good to be true. Victor again assured us that this was correct. I asked him again how it made sense that I could trade our timeshare week for 7 nights at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in South Beach Miami. It was listed at over $800 per night when we looked it up on his computer during the presentation. Victor explained that it made good business sense for the Ritz-Carlton hotel because we would probably spend money on dinners or other amenities during our stay. In retrospect, I should not have believed one word out of Victor’s mouth.

On November 2, 2022 we were able to connect with customer service and they told us that our timeshare week was only worth 24,000 points. So not a simple 7-nights at any hotel in the system as Victor had explained. For us it would only be worth a couple of nights at a nice hotel. As it turns out, the program is based on the number of points that the company assigns for your timeshare week. But Victor repeatedly told us that points didn’t matter and we would receive 7 nights at any hotel for our timeshare exchange. Turns out that POINTS do matter Victor! The agent said something to the effect that we ‘were misled’. So we called Victor again and it went to voicemail. He did text us back and said he was busy and we should text him our concerns. Still to this day we've had no response from him. WHAT’S WITH THE CRICKETS IF THIS ISN’T A SCAM VICTOR? WHY ARE YOU NOT RESPONDING TO OUR CONCERNS?
We want to be clear, after Victor told us how this program could help us use our timeshare week better, we thought it would be a benefit to us. That's why we decided to purchase it. We didn’t change our minds, we didn’t get cold feet. We were simply LIED TO!

Victor pulled out all the stops with us by professing to be a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He explained that he doesn’t drink, smoke or even ingest caffeine. But evidently, lying and scamming people out of their money is acceptable.

To add to the lies and deceit, one of the gifts that they gave us was a “FREE” cruise. When we checked on the cost of the “FREE” cruise; the activation fee, port fees, taxes and other fees actually exceeded the cost of buying the “FREE” cruise directly from the cruise company. When I checked on the company that administers the Prime Vacation International gifts; the company has an “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau. Just one scam company in cahoots with another scam company.

After Victor stopped returning our phone calls and texts, I called the Owner of Prime Vacations International, Robert Madhosingh. On November 8, 2022 Robert returned my call and he acted concerned that I may have been misled during the presentation by Victor Garcia da Rosa. He assured me that he would investigate the situation and asked me to return all my membership information and request cancellation for a full refund. As of this writing, I am still waiting for my refund or even a response from Robert!

Prime Vacations International has all of the ear markings of a very sophisticated scam organization that apparently takes great pride into being able to scam people out of their hard earned money. If you receive a postcard in the mail from this company offering you all kinds of “FREE” gifts to attend a 90 minute presentation, throw it in the trash where everything from this company belongs.

Scam. Please beware! They turned me into the credit bureaus after I cancelled with them. I am very upset and my life is ruined now. Beware. This place should be shut down !

Don't do it! Stay away from Prime Vacations International! We went to the presentation just to claim the "free" gifts which aren't even totally free. We were pressured and bamboozled into a "discounted" membership from some sort of resale inventory that is supposedly non-refundable. We were then pressured into financing the membership with Uplift. The representative took my husband's phone and submitted the finance application in seconds. Only after we got home did we find out the interest rate on the loan is 24.9%! We called PVI the next day to try to cancel the membership but they refused. They got their money from Uplift so now we're dealing with them and that hasn't been successful either. We did look at the PVI portal and didn't find any travel opportunities we wanted that we couldn't book for the same price or less on Expedia or other travel sites. We called PVI again to request a cancellation. No dice. And we can't get a person to pick up the phone at Uplift, we've only been able to communicate with them via email. We are going to fight this. Shame on PVI and Uplift!

My presentation was scheduled for Saturday, Oct 1st at 1pm. Sam set it up. I was told that I would get a $50 visa card for gas for showing up. While there, I witness a man who was going to be the meeting Presenter(Victor) being rude to a lady named (Lisa) that had a confirmation at the same time I did. She showed Victor her confirmed appointment on her phone. He told her that she must have been mistaken because he couldn't find her in the system. Lisa kept trying to show him and he said ma'am we can't find you. She explained to him why she was there. Her Rep told her to come at 1pm. Then he told her that she wasn't coming into his meeting. She asked why. He said ma'am you are drunk and you need to leave. She asked him what he was talking about and he kept saying you need to leave. She wasn't drunk at all. I was looking at my phone and he asked me was I recording him. I told him that I should because he was being mean and rude. I told Lisa to report him to whoever invited her to some. I stated that I was going to report him time too. He gave Lisa her gifts and stood over still saying to Lisa that she needed to leave. Lisa left and he called me up and said, "here are your gifts and you don't have to do the presentation". I left after that. The older lady there with him checking people in was just shaking her head. This was at Bank of America in Boca Raton, FL. I called a gentlemen named Robert had been texting me to make sure I came to the presentation. I told him what happened and he said he would handle it, he knew who the Victor was and he would call Lisa and I back. Robert asked did we know each other. We did not. We never got a call back. Also, I was given a coupon book for gas instead of a $50 visa card for gas. I came from Jupiter, FL and Lisa came from West Palm. I was decieved. Sam who set my appointment lied. I've been to plenty of time presentations but never experience a person like Victor. I would love a call from Prime Vacations as well as my $50 visa card. Lisa should be given an apology.

No doubt. Worst scam we have ever seen. Will contact FTC, FBI et. al, Nota bene. I told you at PVI not to scam me, here I come.

This company are scanners
They don't disclose and omit information that will effect you financially plus as you can read the reviews in other areas they charge accordingly what they can get from you no set prices plus they pressure you to purchase and forget it about getting your Money back they should be closed down I will send a screat shopper since my daughter works for a local tv Chanel they will get exposed please beware they are horrible they give you a booklet After you have paid and thats when you realize that what they state is totally different for what you paid for
They deserve a classs action lawsuit by all who have been scammed by them forget about getting a refund they will fight you on all grounds and take forever to get it all we can do is make other potential buyer beware please repost everywhere you can thanks if I could give zero stars I would they don't deserve not even one

They show you great discounted rates at presentation but as soon as you go to use it especially anywhere outside of Orlando its pricing is RIDICULOUS...WE FOUND BETTER ON EVERY OTHER SITE EVERY TIME...IN ADDITION THEY SOLD US ON A CANCEL ANYTIME MEMBERSHIP BUT NOW ARE SAYING WE CANNOT CANCEL...READ THE CONTRACT DO NOT LET THEM GUIDE YOU THROUGH IT BC ITS A LIE COMING OUT OF THEIR MOUTH! I am fighting them to cancel the membership as we speak. I have no interest in this supposed membership anymore and they refuse to allow me what they verbally promised. How do you bind someone to something they have never used or will use? They are trying to make me pay for a service I dont want...STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
