Review: I contacted Prime Van Lines, to initiate the move of my items from its warehouse to my FL location on February 17, 2014. Prior to that date, I verbally informed the representative who has been working on my relocation move, [redacted] that I was expecting to be moved into my new location by the end of February 2014. He assured me that he will start working on having my items loaded on a truck and delivered with an estimated delivery date of March 1st-3rd 2014. I have made several phone calls and sent several e-mails since then, asking when my items will be delivered and so far all I have been told is "as soon as they have an answer, they will let me know". I asked for photo of my items be e-mailed to be as proof as my items are still in the company's position because the excuses, explanations, not returning phone calls all seems questionable to me now. After using a phone with a different area code on February 28, finally [redacted] answered his phone on the first ring. He assured me he received my request for photos earlier that day via e-mail, and was plugging into his computer to send the photos with 10 minutes and by the end of business that day I will hear from him or a supervisor in regards to the status of my delivery, I never heard from him again that day, nor received the e-mail of photos. I was given a supervisor to contact, which I spoke to as well, [redacted] and he too promised to get back to me concerning delivery, and I never heard from him again, despite several efforts to contact him. I have been given the run-around with Prime Van Lines, and to this date the company still has not confirmed a time-frame of when I will receive my delivery.Desired Settlement: I want my move to be completed. If the company is unable to complete the move, then I need them to release my goods, so I can hire another company that is more competent, professional, reliable, and timely.

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I have received my items, but there are damaged and broken pieces which I have addressed this matter, attaching photos of damaged/broken furniture and the company has not properly addressed my claim. E-mails were sent to Prime Van Lines over the course of the past three weeks, to managers, the claims deparment, and the moving specialists to no avail.

The company needs to address the situation on how they are prepared to compensate me for my damaged/broken furniture that took place while in thier care.

Please see photos attached that was sent to the company on March 25, 26, 28 & April 5, 2014. In addition to phone calls for answers from the company (Prime Van Lines, Inc) to no avail.
