Review: I purchased a cell phone from Prime Wireless on 04-19-2014 for $79.99. On 06-18-2014 the speaker to the phone stopped working. There is no damage to the phone, there is no water damage to the phone, there is no moisture damage to the phone. I made several appempts to call prime wireless telephone number, only to get a ringing continously, followeed by a fax machine sound.Desired Settlement: I would like a brand new phone of the same model I originally bought, or a full refund of $79.99 plus taxes.

We received a complaint from this customer regarding an issue with the speaker of a phone purchased from our business. Unfortunately, this malfunction took place outside of our return policy which is made clear verbally at the point of sale, and in written form which the customer signed.

In the unfortunate event that a customer receives a defective or malfunctioning product, the customer has 14 days from the point of purchase to swap the device for one of equal value, or can return the device and receive a full refund for the device only. If a malfunction occurs outside of our 14 day return policy, we refer the customer to their device manufacturer, who provides a one-year warranty for defects. We apologize for any inconvenience that the customer had while trying to contact us, we also have tried to make several calls to the customer to resolve the issue but have not been able to reach him at the phone number provided.

For the issue he's having, he can reach Samsung for a warranty repair @ ###-###-####.
