I really don't know how much more I can add to my original statementWe are paying to have our company name placed on [redacted] first page advertising for separate zip codesThey are only giving access to one zip codeThat is [redacted] under lawn careThis was not our contract agreementWe are to be listed under lawn care, and lawn maintenance on first page of [redacted] advertising for separate zip codesOne zip code(or town) is not what we agreed toWe are still being billed monthly with ACH taken out each month for $per monthThere have been no holds for billing on Prime's partAlso there have been no communication from them to resolve this problem since before or after we submitted our complaint [redacted] ***

March 13, Revdex.com viewridge Avenue, Suite San Diego, CAComplaint # [redacted] Queens Of Clean Dear Ms [redacted] , I am responding to the above named complaintThis customer signed up with our company for on-line marketing on 12-30-We have provided multiple services and currently Queens of Clean is ranking on Google under the terms Industrial Cleaning Service, Condominium Cleaning, Retail Building Cleaning and Construction Cleaning Service all are ranking in zip code [redacted] which Is the customers local area We have a guarantee that if we are unable to get you placed on the front page of Google we will suspend your billing until we can get you listedMr [redacted] is listed for of his keywords and cancelled his service days in and did not let the optimization needed work completely for all other listingsWe had spent over minutes with Mr [redacted] on his cancellation call trying to explain to him what services were provided however we were unsuccessful in explaining how Google algorithms work We did cancel Mr***’s account the day he requested and we do not feel there is a refund due at this time, services were rendered Please let me know if I can help any further, [redacted] ***
