Donot by from this company. I order this product on May 20th. It is now June 5th. I tried the tracking number that was sent in an email primeclean sent me. The tracking number is invalid because the label has not been printed yet after 2 weeks. I have sent emails and I called the customer service number which states all operaters cannot not help and to leave a message. I have not recieved return phone call nor emails . I also paid extra to have this product shipped with in 1-3 buisness day. I just want a refund now but no one will contact me at all.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I placed an order on May 9, 2020 and paid the extra money for fast shipping and today is June 5, 2020 and I still have not received my order. On Prime Clean website it mentions due to COVID 19 it may take 1-3 business days to ship. I think this is false advertisement and if I want to return it for a refund they are going to charge a 10% restock fee. Anyone who has to wait weeks to get their order and then get charged a fee if they return it, is BS. I am letting everyone I know who has a CPAP machine not to deal with Prime Clean even if they are cheaper.

i'VE ONLY HAD MINE FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS WHEN IT DIED. i'VE TRIED TO CALL AND EMAILED TO GET A RESPONE AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. IT WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE AN 18 MONTH WARRANTY.

Do not order anything from this company because you won't get it or if you do get it won't be worth a ***. I ordered my machine May 14th and have received nothing and today is May 26th. My cost was 103.94. I paid extra to have it shipped quicker and that was a mistake. Sent one email and got an answer saying my item had been shipped. Guess what. You guessed it another lie. The tracking number I received was no good. Sent another email and got no response. I called and the recording said they were too busy with other customers that I assume were screwed over also. I just sent a 3rd email and told them just to credit my account. Be smarter than me and don't order *** from this half *** company. I'm giving 1 star because I have to leaving something.

do not buy this product. The negative reviews are correct.

I purchased a unit it worked great for exactly 9 months then stopped charging. So needless to say I'm not buying another one.

PrimeClean leaves a strong ozone odor especially on soft plastic parts. Their suggestion that cotton applied alcohol removes the strong odor takes so much time; why spend the $100.00 and use the
Product at all. Large letters tell you that you can return the product, if not happy. Small letters in the
"return policy" tell you that there is a 10% restocking fee. So if you want to spend $18 to $25 (10% restocking plus return shipping ) to try a product that works as I have described; then go for it. I say BEWARE. Another Chinese company that just does not understand how we do things in an honest and free society.

ED one star- only be cause there is nothing lower.

Before you ordered the product we assumed that you already know that this is an ozone based CPAP cleaner.
We sent you instructions on how you remove the smell from your equipment, hopefully you followed them.
Our return policy is on our website for customers to check before ordering.
We assisted you with the problems but we never hear back from you.
Hopefully, this does not stop you from supporting us and any other online stores.

BUYER BEWARE!
I will give you an overview of the issue and the reason for my COMPLAINT and then I will send all of the email correspondence with Prime Clean customer service if needed.
March 26th 2020 placed an order for a unit from the company.
March 30th 2020 received the shipment of the order at 1:35 p.m.
March 30th 2020 at 2:29 p.m. called customer service, Gloria to report that the unit did not work, would not charge. I was told by Gloria the company would contact me within 24 hours.
March 30th 2020 I was ask to send video of the unit not working.
March 31st 2020 second try to send a video.
March 31st 2020 Prime Clean received the video and authorized the return.
March 31st 2020 I requested a prepaid shipping label, due to the fact that the item was defective upon receipt.
April 1st 2020 I was told I had to pay the shipping and a restocking fee citing the company's return policy.
April 2nd 2020 I responded with the tracking number and statement that I didn't want a replacement. Between shipping cost $14.90 and restocking fee 9:50 it would cost me $24.40 to return a defective part, also noting that the company was going to restock a defective part. ???????
April 2nd 2020 email from Prime Clean stating that they understood my April 2nd email Prime Clean requested a tracking number.
April 2nd 2020 I replied that I sent a tracking number at 2:22 am, but resent the number. I also inform Prime Clean for the 4th time that I did not want a new unit but a credit on the card used to pay for the item.
April 3rd Prime Clean knowledge receipt of the tracking number.
April 4th 2020 informed Prime clean that the unit was delivered to them at 9:23 a.m. on April 3rd 2020.
April 4th. 2020 Prime Clean acknowledges receipt of the product returned and that the credit of $90 would be credited to the card used. They only credited $85.50
April XX XXXX the card was credited less the $9.50 restocking fee.
Note looks like this company restocks defective items only to ship them out again.
It cost me $14.90 postage and $9.50 restocking fee a total of $24.40 for the privilege of being abused by Prime Clean.
I was told that it was their POLICY.
I reported the defect within hours of receiving the item. I never used it!
BUYER BEWARE!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
They use the term 100% Customer Satisfaction BUT do not stand by that policy!

We also charge a 10% restocking fee for every returned order.
We informed the customer about this before he return the order to us.

I purchased PrimeClean CPAP machine cleaner for my son. Upon delivery, after following the owner's manual instructions, I found that the connections do not fit my CPAP machine. I received the product on 12/28/19 and immediately contacted the company requesting a refund and information to return product. I have several emails where the company has been refusing to submit return information. As of yesterday, 12/31/19 I did get a return address to send product, but found the address to return product does not exist. This is the note and address that was submitted to me from *** to return product...

This company also sent me an email stating that I can keep device with a refund of 20% of the purchase price....$99.99. I informed them that I was not interested in keeping a product that does not work.

Thank you for reaching us and we're sorry for the inconveniences.

We received an email from the customer that he is having a problem with his order and that he wants to return it for a refund.

We gave him our return address but we never heard back from him regarding the return. Last email was January 2nd. (please see attached files)

The customer placed his order on December 15th. We have a 1 month return and refund policy, from the day the order was placed.

Due to our refund policy, the customer needs to return the product before we can refund the customer.

And we have not received a returned order from the customer as of this day.

No, I Googled the return address that was sent to me in an email and there is no such address. Here is the information that was sent to me for return. ***

There is no such address. For this reason is was not sent. It would have been probably assumed by the company that the item was lost. I became suspicious when I saw the return address on the box. I have never received a package from a company with a sender name, "Shipping". I'm sure if you investigate, you will find there is no such address to either. Thank you

On 3/14/2020, item was returned with a 2 day delivery, however, according to the post office the address the company provided is located in ***. Until this problem is completely resolved and my refund issued, the complaint stays. I will forward company tracking information which I'm not sure why it is necessary. Thank you!
