For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowHello - Dustin's follow up is completely false I would like to hear those recordings I also never contacted him telling him the buffalo chicken or steak was good I actually have proof of screen shot text messages sent to him telling him the exact opposite of which he never replied (saying the buffalo chicken and all the meat was terrible and i'm still waiting on a refund) I sent text messages and calls on a few different occasions and never heard back I've read other complaints from his business and know that he just tells stories to seem as if he resolved the issues He clearly does not have any repeat customers. with video and audio systemsNew York state is a one party state in that only person needs to know the recording is occurring. Ms*** never mentioned she needed to talk to her husband. She stated that she does the shoppingShe also mentioned that she purchases sides of beef; however, she was out until fallWith current market price, a side of beef is over $1,and approximately to months worth of food. I refute that she needed to speak with her husband about a $meat purchase. Secondly, I never have and never will deal with restaurantsI never claimed I did. I provide a home delivery service. Again, audio can prove thisThirdly, our brochure states in BOLD letters that there are no refunds. Lastly, she did call within an hour of purchase and claimed I robbed her because First Niagara Bank withdrew checks from her accountThis was not my fault and beyond my control. The bank teller deducted her check plus other sales from that day in Lewiston (First Niagara checks) from one accountAfter this was settled, with the bank, (again, there is paper proof of the refund made to her account) she called and apologizedShe stated they had tried the Buffalo chicken and it was really good. Two days later, she called to tell me they had tried the steaks: "They were awesome but they seem a little expensive." I called Wegmans meat department and compared prices for of the boxes she receivedIf she had purchased the identical meat from Wegmans, it would have totaled $for boxesIn actuality, Ms*** received boxes for $I would say she got a good deal of very quality meat.
