also available on *** *** and is rated star for our servicesWe are also affiliated with various third party Internet Security as per customers needs and their computer configuration along with a 24*computer assistance and support.As there is always two sides of each complaints so here are few points which we want to document from our side to reach a mutually agreeable resolution.1) The customer was never charged from our end and will ensure customer will not be charged for the product / services they are not happy to buy, be rest assure.2) We never charge the customer unless or until they are satisfied with our services and product and even after if they are charged we have our days refund policy on our website so they can get their money back.3) Customer stated that we had taken her debit card information but to bring to your notice we only charge thru Checks and we confirmed with our sales rep and they have not asked or captured any card details from the customer.So, we hereby would like to inform the customer through you that she can be rest assure from our endWe are a Legitimate company providing legit products and servicesAlso, she will not be charged for the services we rendered to her.So, we would like to close this complaint on a positive note and making customer happy thereby eliminating any suspicious doubt she have about our servicesAnd would appreciate if customer acknowledge our effort of closing this complaint.Also, we have replied through online complaint management using the link you provided in the trail mailPlease find attached confirmation, this email is for your information.*** ***Risk Control***
