Primera Services provided contractor services to the owner of a house located at *** *** **On 6/20/Primera's roofing sub-contractor completed a tear-off and roof installation at that addressJob was invoiced the same dayAfter completion (2) complaints by the owner were responded to and resolved(1) nails & debris left on site and (2) roof deck area around electric mast head was soft and flashing at chimney was not completedBoth of these complaints were responded to and resolved within 48hrs at no cost to the ownerOn or about the 24th of April the owner once again contacted Primera about a home inspection done on the home that had revealed issues with roof decking that was deterioratedA response was made that very day to the property to investigate what turned out to be wildly exaggerated claims about a roof that was rotten and falling inAfter the in-person response, repairs were scheduled for the 27th of April to satisfy the home inspectorThese repairs were to be made at no cost to the ownerThe estimated length of time to complete repairs was approximately 1/day for (2) menOn the morning of the 27th the owner was contacted while repairmen were in route to make repairs to confirm appointmentAt that time the owner informed Primera that the repairs were already made over the previous weekend and that we owed her $The owner also threatened legal action if the $was not paid immediatelyOwner continued the demands with her need for another copy of the original proposal which contained needed warranty informationPrimera informed the owner of the home that the (1) year warranty on the roof installation was voided since we were not provided with the opportunity to make repairs and that work was done by someone other than Primera

Mr. [redacted] did not meet me at the residence in question. Mr. [redacted] did not fix the problems with the roof (I can attached pictures). Mr. [redacted] was not told that I would sue him.  As I was writing the complaint to Revdex.com, I had decided on what would be a suitable solution. That is when I came up with the $2,000.00 figure.  Mr. [redacted] did not have a conversation with me about me sueing him for $2, 000.00. 
I am wary of Mr. [redacted]. He does not seem above board. I need to pursue this complaint as far as possible.  Please let me know what I should do next?
