On May 29th 2016, I Rented one jetski from this placeOriginally I reserved 2, but one of the "owners"/never present, called me days before the pick up, saying their other ski was broken, that pretty much runined all my plans for my birthday weekend, because by that time, it was too late to get reservations anywhere else, because it as memorial weekendeven though I had to face the fact that if only have one jetski, I went ahead and got it, one is better than noneSo a picked it up on the 29thNow it's a different guy by the name of *** he says, and I asked him, who he was, he said part ownerSo he said *** be there when I return it, and the plan and time of rental was set fpr me, hrs, from 8am to 7pmI took the jetakk, We made the best of it, everything was greatGot back aand returned ot well on time, about 640pmplenty of daylightBut now it's a third guy taking the return, I said you live here or work? deep scratches. I took a picture and called me [redacted] next morning. The ski was damaged while in his possession.. I charged 150.00 for the damages and repairs. Mr [redacted] did not want to come back and look at the ski. He refused to meet me at the rental location to assess the damage. I feel that the fee I charged was extremely fair, being that if I had taken to a boat or fiberglass repair shop it would of been considerably more of a cost!
