I have tried to reply to complaint #[redacted] issued by you against Primerty. Your site has rejected the replay 3 times today. IThe tenants were given a 30 day move out notice at the end of their lease. The owner had decided not to renew it and requested we give them notice. The notice was given in...

March for an April 30 move out date. The tenants refused to pay their April rent despite a written request by the property manager on April 10. They insisted their last month rent was paid with security. The lease, the security letter they signed at the lease signing and the 30 day notice clearly said that security is not rent. They have not paid their rent as of April 30 2017. When the office called to request payment of rent on April 20, Ali [redacted] became verbally abusive. My office workers do not have to listen to name calling or swerar words when speaking to tenants about business matters. The call was terminated and I advised my office worker to communicate only by email or to speak with the other roommate [redacted] which she did. Ms. [redacted]'s complaints revolve around her abusive behavior of my office worker and should not be tolerated by anyone. I have attached a copy of the lease, security letter and the relevant documents from Watervliet code for permit of occupancy by these tenants. Sincerely Lou [redacted], owner Primerty Holdings LLC, property manager for Eric [redacted] owner of 1231 19th St, Watervliet, NY 12189. wrote in reply   I want to also add a copy of the lease, security letter all signed by the tenants together. Please send me a useable email address so I can send you these documents. Your website is not working.

Four PDF attached. We have given this tenant written and verbal rent due notices. She has stated that Sylvia told her she owes $1,000. On all our documents we include phone numbers for contact. We also have a 24 hour call number that goes directly to an person who works for Primerty not a call service.

None of the information I asked for was provided (until this complaint) and therefore was not timely. In my attached copies of the emails, it shows where Primerty sent an email advising that the lease ended Jan 31st 2015 and explained how we would get the deposit back-all of this after the email between the previous property management's email, which again, was not an agreement that was made or in writing to me or my roommate. Primerty was the management company at the time of move out, so it was their job to manage the return of the security deposit.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I received written notice from Primerty (attached) that Sylvia no longer worked for the company. However, Sylvia is the only person who would told me I owed aprils rent. I also received a text from angel (attached) stating that I didn't owe the rent. My lease states a 25 dollar late fee, and they attempted to charge me 100 in late fees, but attached an envelope showing the rent was on time. The letter I received in the mail was not signed by anyone, it just had handwriting on the side that said "you must pay aprils rent" (attatched). The "verbal abuse" Sylvia speaks of regards me asking for someone to "butch about her service" to. I was never answered regarding a number to complain to, and neither my roommate nor myself received any word from Angel or Tara, our contact people, regarding late fees. Angel told us not to pay aprils rent, so we didn't, because it was already paid for in the security which included last months rent, a 500 deposit and a 200 pet deposit. To this day, may 1, nobody from Primerty will speak to me regarding this matter. My roommates emails were also ignored regarding the final walk through for the apartment.   Regards,   [redacted]
