Clothes Dryer not working (May 28, 2020) Prime Time Appliance came on June3, and were paid. Needed a part. Part came in and they were to install it on June 10. Waited all day. They did not come. They finally installed a new part on June 16. Dryer does not work (still exact same problem). They were to come -- appointment set up for June 25. They never came. No phone call, no explanation and still have not contacted us as to why they never came.
This was a plain clerical error on our part. This is a warranty call and somehow the information between all parties was distorted and thats how the error occured.

Nope, --- not resolved at all --- it can't be resolved until they come out and finish the work that they started.
