Bought a used car here on what seemed to be a great noteThe ownerJohnny seemed nice, answered questions and after spending a few hours to fill out paper work we left with a carOne of the reasons it took so long was because he called a friend, who he explained was his previous managerHe said this guy would take care of us and get us a good rate at farmers insuranceWe seen a farmers down the street and assumed he was from there Later finding out this guy was from the valley and when we needed to speak to him in person he was too farThey did some shady stuff like adding another car from on the lot on the policy that I had to get taken offAnd now we have to pay more because the second car that wasn't ours was taken off and another broker close to us shares the policyAs far as the car goesWe came back with in a week to fix something smallJohnny was nice about it and had the mechanic in the back fix itIt was under the day warranty so it was freeThe mechanic had a attitude when we went to talk to him and pretty much yelled at us for being early for the appointment even though we told him we knew we were early and would wait however long he needed because there was walkins in front of usCome on now, how often do you get customers who apologize and try to be considerate but you still get mad and yell? His attitude changed and he acted very polite in front of johnny and even held the door open for us, dude can actNow considering we only drove this car on the weekends more so to do small errands like grocery shopping, we were devasted what started to happen when the warranty was endingThe 4th weekend the car started to overheat when we got down the street, so we immediately pulled overLong story shortWe replaced the radiator thinking we were going to fix itThe problem continued and our mechanic we have been going to for quite a few years said the head gasket was so destroyed it fell apart when they took it out, and there's no way the dealer wouldn't have knownThat its common in the car we boughtThe quick fix is to replace the head gasket, and in about a month or two the car will have the same problem which is probably what the dealer didSo We had to replace the engine, which cost us $2,So now we have a car that we are still making payments to and the first month we already paid half the price fixing itIf you have to buy from here(do you really though?) pay for the extended warranty that was about $400, and get another mechanic to check the car before you sign anythingKeep your receipts for payments because we've had issues with billingGo in to make payments so you get a copyEven the assistant in the office didn't know how to charge a debit cardThey had to ask for help, which is fineEveryone learnsBut if your going to leave someone in charge by themself you should properly train them because this is the face of your business when your not there. For all I know this is the same person who called me and said I didn't pay, and have a bunch of late chargesTrying to give this place the benefit of doubt, maybe you didn't know about the car, if I'm wrong sell decent autos, train your assistants and reward them and your mechanics for doing their jobs and not being a-holesHappy employees make happy customersBecause unless I get my my time, money back and a decent car im still pissed Don't buy from here!
