My furnace wasn't working so I called schalburg and they sent a guy out and I was told by Matt that works for them that my furnace wasn't installed right when they put it inso anyway they sent this guy out to look at my furnace and he really didn't know what he was doing but I have a white pipe in front of my furnace and he cut that pipe and water flooded out of it and went all over my floor which is carpeted and he stuck a thing in there and said there's water in there so he cut the pipe again and more water flooded from it all over my carpet and under furnace and allSo after he got done I got towels to soak up water but it rotted my floor out and it's felling through and I have called schalburg heating and cooling and told them but Daniella keeps hanging up on me and they won't return your calls and I have ask them when they are going to fix my floor but no answerThat guy that cut the pipe said he would send someone out but has never happenschalburg doesn't care if you fell
