Primetime Looks

I was waiting 4 months for my order and I’m still waiting to receive it

I placed an order with Primetime Looks on April 9, 2020; I immediately rec'd a Confirmation Email. But to date (May 19, 2020), I have never heard from them regarding my order.
A "pop up" from Primetime Looks appeared on my Facebook timeline, and I sent a virtual message to a representative named Allison asking about my order. A response message popped up stating that they were "offline". I expected to receive a response the next business day, but didn't receive one. I emailed Primetime Looks a few days ago, and still haven't got a response from them.
They have VERY bad practices and customer service. They quickly took my order and my money, but aren't responding to my inquiries. I really liked the clothes on their website and thought that I found a new shopping spot. But they are making me think twice about ever ordering from them again.

I purchased a denim jean blazer and it was too small. I tried and tried to reach out to prime time looks and I have gotten no response at all! I wanted an return address so that I could sent the item back and no one ever responded. I would like a full refund.

I ordered a dress from Primetime Looks on 12/16/2019 in anticipation to wear the dress for New Year’s Eve. I was greatly disappointed when I realized that I would not get my dress in time for the holiday. So I’ve been emailing and using the company’s instant messaging platform to let them know that I did not get my order. Someone named Allison (who does not provide responses in a timely fashion) said that they would resend the dress (as I never received tracking information for the first one). I had expressed that I wanted a refund because I have no need for the dress now that I missed NYE. Alison said that I can return the dress when I receive it. I ended getting the dress the week of Martin Luther King Day (the exact date I cannot recall). When I opened the package, there was no packing slip with information to make a return. So again, I asked Alison on three separate occasions for an address to return the dress, and I still have not received it. I think this vendor is trying to stick me with this dress to avoid giving me my money back. Primetime Looks has some underhanded practices and their company should be investigated.
