Hello and Thank you for the opportunity to answer this complaint.Mr***, purchased Prime Time Vacations Specials membership and then cancelled! He was refunded accordingly, as described in his contract At the time of the meeting with our office he traded in his complimentary
Gifts for $off of his membership price He was told that once he did that his gifts would be sent back to the 3rd party marketing company, who set up the appointment for him, and he understood that! Attached please find the Addendum with his signatures Mr*** is no longer a member with us, and we have accepted his cancellation This complaint is not of Prime Time Vacations Specials as we did not offer those gifts or supply them to said member as they are not fulfilled by PVS.Prime Time Vacations SpecialsBradley W***
