Review: I used this service to take to a concert on a Friday.. On Saturday, I received a text message from a representative of the company that they were charging me $500.00 for damage (actual charge was $525.00). I immediately called the number I received the text message from and received no answer. I continued to call on Saturday and Sunday and still received no response. I finally received a callback on Monday and was told that there was "damage" to a bathroom door and it needed painted. I asked for the opportunity to view the "damage" and was told that I "did not have that right." I questioned how they determined the charge would be $525.00, since they did not get an appropriate estimate, and was told that they had to charge my card something because they were worried I would cancel it, but they would get an estimate at a later time and possibly refund me for any difference. Later that week, when I asked if they received an estimate, I was told by the representative that someone at the auto body shop was "on vacation" and they had to wait for him to return to get an estimate (instead of calling a different place). During this time, I again asked for the opportunity to view the "damage" and was told that I could not. It was not until almost 2-weeks (11-days) after being informed of this "damage" that I finally received an estimate for roughly $458.00. However, since it was 12-days after I used this company's service, it is impossible for me to determine whether someone else caused the "damage" that is being alleged I caused, or if someone caused additional damage during this time, or figure out exactly what I was being charged for since I was never permitted to view it.Desired Settlement: From the start, I simply asked for the opportunity to view this "damage" so that I knew what I would be paying for, and was never given this opportunity. If I had been permitted to see the "damage" the next day, after it allegedly occurred, then I would know that it was caused by someone in my party. However, since 11-days went by before it was taken to an actual auto body shop, and I was never given the chance to view it, I question what I have been charged for and must dispute this amount.
