Please do not use primo!
We used primo four our exit , after 5 years they still had not achieved what we hired them to do. I did speak with there manager Mariam and she was very nice and told us that she would get our money back to us with in 2 months. That was 5 months ago and still no check. This business is not trustworthy please heed my warning or kiss ur money good bye! It is def not 100 percent satisfaction or ur money back . Be warned. Lisa and Paul Wilson !

The best thing that I have been able to treat since I had dealt with other companies and they had scammed me but this is the best of all.

I am soo gratefull I have reach Primo Managent Group, they take me out of my time share and fix my credit score, I have no strees, no time share taking my money and efforts away from me, *** refound me all the money I have pay. I feel free. New Live!!!!

My husband and I unfortunately fell into the trap of buying a timeshare in Orlando. We paid $500 down and agreed to everything, signed contracts and all! We got home on Sunday and realized that was not in our best interest. I started google-ing to find out how and if we could get out of this. PMG came up on my google search, figured it was worth a shot! Steve Grant called my husband and thankfully we we're within the time period to rescind our contract. He sent us a template of the letter, all I had to do was fill in my information. He helped me every time I called him and asked questions, which was like 10! We sent the letter along with the stuff they gave us and got a full refund and a letter from the resort stating that our contract was canceled. Steve was a LIFESAVER for us! The best news of all, it was all FREE OF CHARGE!!

Could not have had a better outcome. My sister and I recently lost our mother, and unfortunately gained her 3 timeshares. After searching and reading all about timeshare exits, called PMG. Spoke with Anthony. He was patient and went through all my questions. He was very nice and professional when I told him I still needed some time to think about it. After a few weeks, called Anthony at PMG back in January and decided to have PMG handle one of the 3 timeshares.
Best thing I ever did. Anthony reveiwed the scenario and answered my questions then set an appt for Welcome Team to call me. The next day a person from PMG Welcome team called and we got the ball rolling for the exit.
A few hours later I received a call from legal team at PMG; Mariam was reveiwing the timeshare information and said she felt I could get out of the contract on my own. She ask for my 'okay' to call the timeshare company on my behalf. She called me back with the contact name, phone number and what to ask for. Within a week I was out of that timeshare with a Deedback. I called Mariam to let her know and thank her. She also helped me the same way with the other 2 timeshares. I should be out of them in the next week or so.
It gets better, I thanked PMG for their help with these timeshares AND... they also 100% refunded all the money I initally paid them. So they did everything at no cost to me. I still had to pay the timeshare companies, but far less and faster than I could have expected. It is not even a month later and I am out of the timeshares.
PMG is a consumer advocate. If you or someone you know is having difficulty with timeshare PMG is where you should go.

I highly recommend Primo Management Group! Luckily in my situation I didn't need their full service but Victoria was a huge help in confirming that I had taken the right steps in order to rescind my contract with a timeshare company. She was patient and put my mind at ease. She was quick in responding to my emails and reassured me every step of the way that everything was going to be okay. We happened to buy a timeshare at H, I contacted PMG via web enquiry, Kristen from PMG made few attempts to reach me out and left voice messages, I couldn't return her calls for few days, then we spoke and she told me about rescission period over the phone and also sent me the formal rescission letter and all this free of charge, moreover she also checked on it couple of times with the progress we made and kept on checking with us until I told her that we are officially out of it. These guys are PROs and they know what they are doing.

I know you reading this will probably wonder if my review is legit or not. I know prior to finding Primo Management Group I had the same thought about all the reviews I'd read not just Primo's but from everyone else out there promising the same thing--Timeshare Exit. Primo appeared to be legit, but I wasn't sure. I was desperate and frankly scared, so I felt I had no other choice but to trust and just hope that I wasn't being scammed again.

You see, my husband and I had just signed a Timeshare contract with W during our vacation, and it took coming home, going over the contract, and reliving our dreadful experience with W that we realized we had been scammed. Two levelheaded adults that will read tons of Amazon reviews just to make a $20 purchase, and here we were suckered, lied to, pressured and thrown into a $20,000 plus debt in the course of a day. And as you well know having a Timeshare yourself that the $20,000 was just the base amount, for they fail to tell you all the other monthly increasing fees, etc, and etc. Well, I don't need to tell you about that cause chances are that if you are reading this review you know what I'm talking about, and you are wanting out of your Timeshare too.

All I can say is that Primo got us out. I scanned everything I got from W to them. I tried hard not to think about Primo failing us. I tried to remain optimistic, but I'll be honest, I had a knot in my stomach throughout the whole waiting process. Primo called every month to update and to just let us know that they were still working on it, and I truly believe that those calls gave me the slightest bit of hope because what kind of company takes your money then keeps calling you to update on status if they were just scamming you to begin with? But even so, I still had my doubts. Could they really get us out? And guess what? They did!

Primo will also check and make sure your credit has not been affected by this, and if so, they will work to fix it for you. This is where I stand now. Primo will be looking into our credit reports and making sure all is good.
Thank you, Primo, for helping us get out of this and for not judging us for our stupidity but instead treating us with respect.

I have worked with this company for about a year now, they were able to get me out of my contract Partially... I'm now dealing with the credit portion of the company and I was told ... "they have done all they can do the credit cleaning is an additional service and isn't 100% Guaranteed" that's not what I was guaranteed when I signed up... I've paid thousands of dollars to have everything done with this company and I'm still stuck with this my timeshare reporting a balance monthly to my creditors... so I'm technically not released from what I owe.. I'm just trying to figure out what was the point of me paying all that money to still have to pay .. I could have went into collections and still had bad credit and paid the timeshare what I paid Pmg it would have been the same .. the only reason I went with Pmg is because of the guarantee of the credit removal... it seems just as bad as the timeshare ... a waste of money .... I would use them as a timeshare removal company try somewhere else ... hope this helps someone

After reviewing the details of Ms. J's file in detail, it has been determined that she is mistaken based on recorded email and phone correspondence. Ms. J signed with us on May 10, 2018 and received her release from her timeshare on November 23, 2018. We were able to get her a formal release letter stating that she was no longer a member of her timeshare and had no further financial responsibility to them. She is now 100% time-share free, forever. In our contract, which we read with her word-for-word during her initial on-boarding consultation call, we state that our services are to cancel the contract. We do mention that as an added courtesy, in addition to getting our customers out of their timeshares, we will also assist in repairing their credit to the maximum extent possible. However, complete reparation is never guaranteed, which we state clearly in the beginning of the process verbally, and on the contract that is signed.

Not only did we get Ms. J out of her timeshare forever, but based on all of the documents we have on file, we are showing that on November 14th, we were able to confirm that the negative report of the timeshare exit was completely removed from her E file. Regarding her T, we recommended a credit repair company who specializes in this particular, more difficult agency to assist her any further.

As is stated in the Welcome Email for credit that was sent to her, it states:
"Primo Management Group does not 100% guarantee credit as no one person can.
As a reminder, you hired Primo Management Group to release you from your timeshare contract. Primo Management Group is not a credit repair company, however, we utilize our knowledge to work towards the removal of the timeshare. "

On our PMG contract, it states the following regarding credit:
"Once entered into the program, Primo Management Group, Inc. will assist in disputing related negative credit items that may arise as a result of cancelling your timeshare contract. However, you should expect to see a drop in your credit score. When the timeshare contract cancellation is completed, Primo Management Group, Inc. will assist in repairing your credit to the extent possible."

This was all restated to Ms. J's in various emails that were sent to her. So not only did we get her out of her timeshare contract, but we were also able to improve her credit as a courtesy, and she still lodged this negative review. It is unfortunate, but she is mistaken, and we feel that we have gone above and beyond in the matter.
