Hi,My name is [redacted] [redacted] and I am with Primo Medical SuppliesWhen we have rented the equipment to [redacted] and billed to Ms [redacted] , that any damages or scratches the family is liable for itAnd the rental contract clearly states that to the patient and the family about the liability of damages and scratches on the equipment.(Please, find the enclosed rental contract)We have also enclosed the Pictures of the equipment with a damage on the handle, couple of small dents on the back of the machine and scratches all over itThis isn't acceptableThe cost of cover these is much higher and as a courtesy we have only deducted $from the DepositIf Ms [redacted] doesn't want to pay the $then she can replace us with the parts of the equipment which would be a lot more around $is only an estimation and could be higher.Please, look at the rental contracts signed and the pictures of the equipment enclosed.We have a few more pictures with the scratches and dent's on the back of the machine as wellLet us know if you have any other further questionsMs [redacted] is making claims and she is responsible for abusing the equipment.Thank You[redacted] .Primo Medical Supplies[redacted]

We weren't the ones who were desperate to rent the machine but Ms.*** was, as she had called us a few times if the Doctor's office has faxed over a prescription to us.We were contacted by you Ms.*** for renting the machineWe have call logs to show no.of times you tried reaching our office and you told us your daughter would be picking up the machine on your behalf as you cannot make it.That is the exact machine which was rented and we can prove it.We do not send any contracts in the emailEvery document needs to be signed at the store.We are happy to cooperate with the courts for the investigation and our customers can be contacted to know how we operate here at Primo Medical Suppliesallegations are being made here for the sake of personal greed and we wouldn't tolerate any allegations which would hinder our companies reputation

I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] is a lier, that's not the mechine I had my daughter to turn in. He must have forgotten that she also had taken pictures with her phone which I have enlarged to take to small claim court. I have file a complaint in San Antonio, Tx so he will be hearing from the courts soon. I didn't sign any contract,  he was to send it to me by email for my signature but he want to charge me so bad that he ask my daughter to sign on my behave. I didn't give him or my daughter permission to sign for anything so his contact is false. 100.00 is not that much money to but it's the principal. That a company prays on the elderly and Disabled. Well I'll see him in court. I hope he try to fool the judge the same way. I will receive triple the amount. God Bless. CW3 [redacted]

I have never let my children sign any cotractual agreement on my behave and I never will. Financial gain, 100.00 dollars will certainly not be a financial gain for me, I'm a Warrant Officer in the  US Army, did you think I was of low income and I needed the 100.00.  Your company is the one financially in the gain column. If your company conduct business with all customers in this manner. Shame on you. I will see you in court sir.
