Four Star Air Conditioning Co., LLC (FourStar) has been contracted to service the Air Conditioning System for the Medical office of [redacted] at [redacted] ***After attempting to service the Air Handling Unit, the Lead Technician reported that the AHU could not be serviced because of lack of access to the unit's service panel and filter rackThe Tech proceeded with the service of the Condensing Unit and advised [redacted] that modifications will be needed to the Air Handling Unit's installation to allow for service accessThe Service Fee and one (1) Hour Labor are for services provided on August [redacted] as agreed with [redacted] ***FourStar did not install the Air Conditioning System, and should not be held responsible for not been able to service the Air Handling Unit during the scheduled appointment

I understand that [redacted] is complaining about a Site Survey “follow-up” appointment that FourStar was not able to keepI am sorry that I was not able to keep the appointment, a work related emergency came up at the time of the appointment and I had to abort the appointment and respond to the emergencyFour Star office had notified the office of [redacted] of the situation after the estimated time of arrival has lapsed, since I was not able to get in touch with the office of [redacted] on timeThe additional services for the appointment in consideration was not billed to the Client and nor the additional services is an obligation after the first service visitThe initial service visit report indicates that the equipment that the Client wants to service is not serviceable because of poor installation as also noted on the initial response to Clients complaint on Revdex.comFour Star Air Conditioning did not install the system nor we have worked on this system beforeWe have allocated man power to service the system on the initial appointment and the fact that the system is not serviceable should not be the obligation of Four Star to advise on system modifications in order to be serviceableI am reilly sorry I could not meet the appointmet as scheduled with [redacted] ***In the mechanical field sometimes emergencies come up that need to be addressed immediatley to ensure safety and to avoid property damageI will be more than happy to schedule an apointment (free of charge) with [redacted] and advise on the System modifications to make the system serviceableWe did not receive any money from [redacted] for the additional service and thus it should not be a question of a reimbursement

[Your Answer Here] Four Star scheduled  a meeting with [redacted] & Mr. T[redacted] to correct the issues so we can have proper servicing. Mr. T[redacted] never kept his appointment. Never called to reschedule. I tried to reach out to Four Star numerous and have received the run around. Then on September [redacted], at 11Am Mr. T[redacted] finally answered my call and was pleasant in conversation and we scheduled another appointment for Thursday September [redacted], for 10 AM, I cleared our schedule to accommodate our meeting rescheduled our patients.He called me that day at 11AM and said can we see him at 1PM and sure. we waited and he never showed! I feel that he is unprofessional. I have documentation of his appointment .
