July 23, 2014Dear [redacted] ,This letter is in response to complaint ID [redacted] [redacted] purchased tickets two tickets online at www[redacted] .com at 8:13am ET on Monday, January 13, The total charge of $was charged to her [redacted] Card ending in ***Since this order was placed online it was automatically charged at the time the order was placed by our point of sale system (8:13am on January 13th)With regards to [redacted] ***'s accusation that we illegally withdrew $without authorization this simply Isn't true and we will outline the online process that [redacted] went through to place and confirm her order below.In addition, [redacted] references taking money off of her card and putting money on another card and that she doesn't have a card ending in ***The only charge that was made for these tickets was for the full amount of $and this charge was made to the [redacted] card ending in *** [redacted] references that she doesn't have a card ending in this number [redacted] entered this credit card number online (from IP Address: [redacted] )at www[redacted] .com when checking out and according to our merchant services provider the [redacted] credit card ending in [redacted] matches the PO Box address that was provided online when the tickets were ordered.The cost that [redacted] agreed to was $per ticketIn addition, there was an additional $service fee per ticket [redacted] was made aware of the total charge and had to agree to the total charge multiple times during the checkout process which we will outline belowThe service fee is determined by the owner of the website www[redacted] in this case, we are simply the fulfilling ticket brokerAs a member of a network of professional ticket brokers - when a person places an order for tickets that we own on any of our networked websites it is simply our job to fill the order and charge the credit cardThen we pay the website owner their service fee through a separate transaction.We have attached a number of screen shots from Lady Gaga's next concert (as a sample of what *** [redacted] would have seen through the process on www[redacted] .com).•The first screen shot simply shows the available tickets for Lady Gaga's next concert on July 30thIt also shows the per ticket costs.•The second screen shot simply starts the checkout process and asks for the customer name and e-mail.•The third screen shot shows the total cost (again, this is just snapshot of the cheapest tickets currently available for the next Lady Gaga concert in [redacted] , AZ) including the service fee, delivery fee, etcYou will see on this page where the website clearly states that this website is a resale marketplace and that prices may be above face valueYou will also see where the buyer has to agree to the terms and conditions before moving forward with purchasing the tickets.We have also included an additional attachment showing the full terms and conditions that [redacted] had to agree to before moving forward with purchasing the tickets (since you can't see them all on this third screen shot).•We have attached a fourth screen shot where the customer reviews there order before their credit card is chargedThis gives the customer another opportunity to see the total cost including the service fee before placing their orderTheir order is not complete and their credit card is not charged until they click "I'm Ready Place My Order",•Finally, we have included a copy of [redacted] ***'s invoice which was e-mailed io her at 8:am on January 13th, 2014.With regards to whom [redacted] is - this is simply the original ticket owner/purchaserThis name had no impact on [redacted] getting into the concertAs was indicated above, [redacted] bought tickets on the secondary websiteI have included one additional attachment which provides answers to our most commonly asked questionsThis document is included with every ticket purchase that we ship out.Further, [redacted] placed this order online on January 13th and she didn't express any concern over the cost, etcuntil after the Lady Gaga concert date of July 7th.Note: PrimoSeats belongs to a network of professional ticket brokersOur tickets are promoted for sale on a number of different websitesThe company that facilitates this network is called TicketNetworkTicketNetwork helps to make sure that all companies and websites follow the same terms and policies.Please let us know if you need any additional informationWe have been in business since the late 1990's and pride our company on our customer serviceTo the best of our knowledge this is the first complaint we have ever hadPlease let us know If you need any additional information from us.Sincerely,Sean S [redacted] PrimoSeats

this order was placed online it was automatically charged at the time the order was placed by our point of sale system (8:13am on January 13th). With regards to [redacted]'s accusation that we illegally withdrew $379.50 without authorization this simply Isn't true and we will outline the online process that [redacted] went through to place and confirm her order below.In addition, [redacted] references taking money off of her card and putting money on another card and that she doesn't have a card ending in [redacted]. The only charge that was made for these tickets was for the full amount of $379.50 and this charge was made to the [redacted] card ending in [redacted]. [redacted] references that she doesn't have a card ending in this number. [redacted] entered this credit card number online (from IP Address: [redacted])at www.[redacted].com when checking out and according to our merchant services provider the [redacted] credit card ending in [redacted] matches the PO Box address that was provided online when the tickets were ordered.The cost that [redacted] agreed to was $135 per ticket. In addition, there was an additional $47.25 service fee per ticket. [redacted] was made aware of the total charge and had to agree to the total charge multiple times during the checkout process which we will outline below. Review: My complaint today is against a man name Shawn who posing to have a buisness called (PRIMO SEATS)I have purchased some online tickets for Lady Gaga concert date of concert 7/7/14 I purchased tickets way back in 1/9/13 online these tickets stated $85 each I purchased 2,but when I recieved the billing statement ,it shows this person debited $135.50 for each ticket ,and then debited and extra $94 for a service fee charge and aslo a $15 shipping charge he illegaly took my card and withdrew 379.50 off without authorization the deal online was for $185.00 when looking at the reciept he also put a fake name what he did was take my card withdrawl money off and place it on a nother card wich is on the reciept last 4 digits [redacted] no card of mine and then use this other card and purchased these tickets off a website from a women name [redacted] wich in the beginning of the phone call to him he told me she was a consultnant when asked if I could speak with her then he says I bought the ticktes from her online account so I said it was you who made these transactions and you ripped me off along with it he gets quiet he dosent know what im talking about im sure I am not the first one he done this too its not right and I want my money back if possibble or I want him prosicuted to the fullest .Desired Settlement: $500 refund .
