Mario states that when we met he suggested that I needed a new station, he never suggested that during the first visit and only did so when he came the second time (at which time he returned the the rotors that he'd taken), as I was not getting the coverage I needed. He also never suggested
that I remove the rotors and put in sprinklers, I told him when he first arrived that I didn't like the rotors and wanted them all removedThe rotors he removed on the north side and added sprayers to where two of the total rotors that I told him I wanted removed, so he didn't suggest it, he did as I instructed. It was not a complicated process and he cut through one root with the hatchet I provided.Regarding the parts, he never provided me with a list of new parts, I know that he put in some new sprayers on the west side of the house and along the driveway. I also know that he didn't have some of the parts he needed, I did have them and he used themHe was supposed to arrive to start the job at 3:PM, his ex-wife called and told me he'd be here at 3:30, however, he didn't get here until 4:PM they left at 6:30. He did have two other people with him, one however stayed near the truck and I never saw him do anything during the time they were here. When he completed the job, I told him I had concerns about coverage on the north section where he'd replaced rotors with sprayers as they were not covering the poppy's or grass area, he said to watch it for a few days then call him if I still had concerns. I called him a few days later and he came out, I showed him the areas that were not getting coverage, he stated there was not enough pressure and that I needed a new station and that he could do that for $800. I told him I needed him to just move some of the sprayers and that would take care of it. He said he'd get back to me he never didI ended up fixing it myself as he never got back to me. There have also been problems with how he placed the new heads. I would like to have some sort of intervention to resolve this issue, you stated that you would be able to do that for $75 from each of us. He stated that he would be will to refund my money and I would like to address that. I appreciate your assistance in this matter. *** ***
