I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The person that responded to this email completely lied and no one was arguing in the background and first of all it was my son that called and he had just got out of the shower and when the driver made that ridiculous statementIf she is scared of people she shouldn't be a delivery driverI told the owner and the driver that we threw the food in the trash because it was so horrible and also informed them that I would bring my trash bag to themI used to order from them before they changed their name and the reason I stopped was because the food began to get terrible so I decided to give them another try which was the BIGGEST MISTAKEThe owner is very rude and so is his so called employeeHe states that he has been in business for years and to treat customers like that is not PROFESSIONAL AT ALL AND HE NEEDS TO GO TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES!!! Long story short they do not compare to [redacted] !! [redacted]

1-the order was placed on 10/07/at 9:pm and we have less than minutes for delivery so she received her food before pm,we close 11pm on friday .2- her order was $not $18.99.3-we made her order the way she want it :coupon subs fries 2liter coke $lettuce and tomatoes on the side ,there's no way that steak and cheese go without cheese from primo we melt the cheese on the grill before putting it in the sub roll .4- the lady called back the same night and we offered her to pick up the food and replace it BUT THEY ALREADY EAT THE FOOD .the store policy in order to replace the food we have to have the food back.5- the lady was talking to a guy and fighting in the background and he was telling her "never mind we eat the food " and she said "never mind after few minutes she start calling again for several times .6-our driver (a girl ) was terrified because someone scared her at the door I don't think you will have a smile from a terrified girl.!!!-the lady called the next day and we told her nicely if she still have the food and she said no ,we told her our policy and we ended the call by her saying she is going to call Revdex.com ,and I said ok .we never disrespect this lady ,we been in business for years we never have problem like this ,we do business the honest way and we do treat our customers with respect and we love our honest customers and we consider them part of our primo family thank you
