I have attached the response I gave to the complainant - Also, after review with my employee who accepted the bedspread - she said she noticed the damaged ribbon, but forgot to note it on her ticket...I have instructed my employees to get a release for any cleaning of bedspreads/comforter

I am rejecting this response because:Ma'am that is not true there was no damage to that bedspread at all it was a new bedspread first time ever being dry-cleaned also when I spoke to the woman she told me that she didn't see any damage to the bedspread but she should have looked closer just to make sure when she took it what I got the bedspread and had a strong chemical smell all over it the ribbon happy damaged to the point it was shredding and no longer was dark brown but this Rusty light colored on one side  if it was dry cleaned there should have been no discoloration whatsoever and it should not have shredded nor should it have had a strong chemical smell all over itAnd the lady that told me that was the lady that said she cleaned it and she said she was the managerAlso I have several people that can verify that there was no damage to that bedspread including the CPS caseworker that comes in to see my granddaughter once a month because I'm adopting her through CPS
