My husband and I signed a contract in October 2015 with Primrose to build our new home. They broke ground in November/December, until the last week of December when they halted all work on our project (without warning and against contract terms) and immediately went out of business. Jeff M[redacted] signed our contract knowing he could not fulfill it. He is fraudulent and deceitful.
