It is clearly post 'NO REFUND ' sign on the front desk wall along with STORE POLICYI already explained why we have NO REFUND POLICY because of a few bad people She admitted that we offered her to change the room and she turned down Also she mentioned about the drug activity again, I am sure it never happened even so , It is NON relevant to the main issueMaybe she knows about drugs a lot and just trying to infamous to motel which she can be accused for defamation We try to work best up to the industry standard and have unreasonable people sometimes cordially,

I am rejecting this response because:I have attached more pictures of the motelWe were not at the motel room for minutesIt was too scary to remain that longI am sure I said that it appeared that drug deals were happeningRegards the main compliant was and is the condition of the roomI admit I turned down another room, I don't think anyone would have said yesI was never informed that no refunds would be given due to the condition of the roomI don't recall being told anything at all about no refundsI would like to send you all the pictures that we have if possible, so that you can see exactly what it looked like

This is [redacted] from primrose Motel.   I had document from you of customer complaining about the room. I spoke with the desk clerk about the situation.   She said they checked in and stay about 30 min or more . Some travelers had check-in and quick shower and back to road again. A few bad...

people tried to take advantage of it and demanding the money back.   We have NO MONEY BACK POLICY with this reason among other issue.   The clerk also offer them to switch the room and they refused.   She accused that drug dealing happening in the parking lot. It never happened and also how she knew so much about drug deal unless she knew a lot about the drug.   I hope she is not travelling no more with this kind of attitude which hurts to the economy and working people's mind.   Thanks,   [redacted]
