My chief complaint is the fact that this business is miss leading with their timeline for admissionI am also curious as to where the application fee goes I am aware it says nonrefundable however that is the problem, in my opinion, with this businessWhy continue to accept new applications and take peoples money knowing you have no room for new customersA better solution would be to accept an application fee once there is a spot available for the child

In July of 2016, Ms*** registered her child that was due in March of 2017, with an interest of having her start with us in June of 2017. Based on age, her child is currently eligible for our Older Infant Room. The infants that are currently enrolled in the Older Infant Room all
registered with us in the spring/summer of 2016, all started with us in the summer of and there have not been any enrollment changes in that age group. It is discussed during the inquiry process with prospective parents that due to the small size of our younger classrooms it is difficult to predict when a spot may become available for their child and that this may not be until their child is eligible for one of our older, larger classrooms. We unsuccessfully tried to reach Ms*** on January 4th to discuss and explain this. The Non-Refundable Registration Fee is paid to enroll a child at our school or to place a child on the waitlist for future enrollment at our school. It is stated on the form that is collected at the time this registration fee is paid that it is a non-refundable fee. (See Attached)

You and your team were faulty and misleading in timelines for “acceptance.” Had I been told “your wait will probably take over two years,” I would have looked elsewhere and never given Primrose my $in the first placeI was told expect six months to a yearIt has been well over thatThis business needs to STOP collecting $“application fees” (where does this money even go?!?!) to families knowing their building exceeds capacity for new enrollmentMisleading and poor poor business practicesMaybe Primrose should Be more honest about their waitlist timeIt’s a shame, as a fellow Worthington Business owner I’m letting everyone else around me know about your poor practices

Primrose School of Worthington is a happy, “rainbows and butterflies” environment as a potential new client, they make you and your future child feel special, however this school has proved themselves to be more interested in money and collecting your money on an “application fee” than providing you with service, service they know they can’t provide because they are at/exceeding child capacity(How can you collect $from someone to provide basic name, address and birthday information with pen and paper ?!?!) Once their $fee is collected, you’ll never hear from them againI have spent over a year and a half waiting for my infant baby to be accepted into their school and after numerous follow up calls and emails, I’m still “on the wait list.” I know this school wants to continue to give excuses on why there is no room to accept new babies, however I feel it is bad business they continue to collect application fees knowing very well they are at/exceeding capacityHow
