Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me HOWEVER, ERRORS OCCURRED IN THEIR RESPONSE When I called them on 12/1, they stated the reason that my order was cancelled was that the item ordered was out of stock, NOT THAT MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED Otherwise, why would I have ordered another size of the same lamp and used the same credit card Also, the lamp advertised and shown on their website, IS NOT WHAT THEY SHIPPED TO ME It was an inferior product that was not as advertised I returned this lamp and was reimbursed I will do business with this website in the future, due to their unacceptable customer service and inferior products.Sincerely, [redacted]
