I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in January 2016 and was only given 1 key. My truck is a remote start and if something happens to the key fob. I can't start it because it is push button. They want me to pay $400 for a second key and I just bought the truck. I pay a lot of money for my truck and this is my fourth truck that I have bought from them. I gave them two keys when I traded in my truck. There should always be two keys to a vehicle.
I will never recommend this place nor buy another vehicle from this place. Its a joke! I purchased a car on Memorial Day which had a stutter. They told me they would fix it over night if I left it there. I picked it up and it still did it. I went back and forth up to the dealership as they said it was fixed. Not one single time was it fixed out of 6 times! So its been sitting there for about 3 months while I'm making my payments. They have given me a loaner car but I still want to be able to drive my own vehicle that I'm paying for not someone else's. I don't want to be liable for someone else's vehicle if someone were to bump in to it in a parking lot. I asked for a refund they told me no. I asked for another car but they cant give me one in my price range that equals up to what I purchased. They show me nothing but down graded cars. Then they tell me I can only pick from that lot and not off their other lots. Its ridiculous! And not one time in the last month have they contacted me. I have to contact them. My car is now thrown to the back of the lot just sitting there. They are waiting to hear from Chrysler is what I heard last. Then last week when I went on to the service department the guy thought I switched out of the car and didn't own it anymore. Told us he thinks that is ridiculous too of what has been going on. And get this he told us they knew it had this problem before I purchased it. The previous owner traded it because they couldn't fix the problem. So why was it sold to me? [redacted] this has been a nightmare! My first car purchase and this is how it is handled...
