This is in response to the letter received on a complaintff [redacted] submitted against Prince George's Community College on January 26, The student (customer) was registered for courses for the fall semester on the non-credit side, The student did attend of the courses and dropped the remaining for that semester, Out of the courses that were dropped, the college was unable to refund courses because they were dropped by the student on the same day they began.As stated in our non-credit fall Schedule of courses under REFUNDS: “individuals who withdraw from a course the day before the start date will be issued a 100% refund of tuition, and course-related fees, but not registration feesNo refunds will be issued after that date"If the student would like to appeal and request an exceptional refund for the two courses, she can submit a written request to: Prince George's Community College Attn: Student Accounts [redacted] Largo, Maryland Thank you,Office of Student Accounts Prince George's Community College

I dropped the two classes before the classes started per the instructions and never received an email confirmation of the dropped courses. When speaking with Mary Jane, she stated around that time the pgcc computer system was experiencing glitches and she would do some research and get back in contact with me. I have yet to receive a phone call to close the loop from her. I dropped all classes prior to the stated deadline so I still want my refund. It's ridiculous that I had to contact the Revdex.com to even get a response from this school.
