First and foremost we would like to thank [redacted]
for choosing Steepleton for her hot tub purchase.Ms. [redacted] purchased a J345 spa from us on 10/06/15 and
it was delivered 10/13/15. On delivery
our crews have a check list to ensure tub is in proper working order. This was...
completed and signed by the person
that met our crew at Ms. [redacted]'s house for delivery. (see attachment)On 11/16/15 customer called into our service department to
report a leak in the hot tub. 11/17/15
our tech went to customer’s house to diagnose leak in hot tub. Customer’s neighbor was there to meet
tech. Tech explained to neighbor that
part of the decking would have to be removed to access the back side of the hot
tub because the source of the leak was thought to be the waterfall. Neighbor advised that we would be contacted
when the backside of hot tub was able to be accessed. 12/8/15 was the next time we were contacted
by Ms. [redacted]. On 12/9/15 our tech
replaced the waterfall on Ms. [redacted]'s tub. The waterfall component that was replaced did have a crack in it and we
are confident that this has remedied the problem.For Ms. [redacted]’s inconvenience we would like to offer
her an extra chemical package and an extra set of filters.We pride ourselves on being a service based company. We hope that Ms. [redacted] continues to
enjoy her hot tub for years to come. And
we will continue to stand behind the warranty of her tub and service as
needed.
