Just spoke with the complainant over the phone and was told that they have retracted the complaint since the issue was resolved later on the same day as the complaint was filed. the complaint that mentions us asking for a deposit of $3000.00 as security is true and the reason for this last minute demand was that the ministry of [redacted]ia had informed us of a new rule penalizing all the agents in the same amount. Also the complainant was paid back the money via a bank deposit the same day as the passport and other documents were returned via mail.

Review: We booked 4 Air India tickets for DEC **2013 from JFK-DEL-JFK through PRINCE SERVICE TRAVEL INC, NY. PRINCE TRAVELS purchased the tickets from EVIA TRAVELS, Chicago( AIR INDIA authorized agent). Due to flight cancellation, EVIA TRAVELS processed the refund and credited amount on Jan **2014 to PRINCE TRAVEL's VISA credit card# ending with [redacted]. We have been constantly following up with PRINCE TRAVELS via email/sms/phone for the refund, but PRINCE TRAVELS is not refunding the amount to us. We have all correspondance from Air India regarding the ticket cancellation and confirmation of refund processed on Jan **, 2014 and credited to credit card of PRINCE TRAVELS. We need your assistance in getting the refund from PRINCE TRAVELSDesired Settlement: We paid Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety One dollars to PRINCE TRAVES for the 4 AIR INDIA tickets for JFK-DEL-JFK for Dec [redacted]. Due to flight cancellation and confirmation of full refund by AI, we should receive full refund of $9891 and additional interest/penalty for delaying the payment of refund.

Review: I wanted to visit saudi arabia for religion purpose for 2 weeks.I bought a ticket which was due may * 2015.I called.[redacted] from prince travel april **.2015 and he said he can get the visa withing 3 bussines days.and the visa cost 250 plus 150 for expedite.and he gave me [redacted] account and he asked me to send the passport.plus 400.00 dollars.so I transfer the money to his account I wirred the money to his account on the [redacted] of april.and he called me next day and said the guys he work with in saudi arabia want a deposit of 3000.00,coz that I might overstay.and I told him this is not what you told me before I sent the money and the passport.I asked him to send it back all together my money and the passport. and he just sent the passport back.after I received the passport.I called him and asked him where is my money and everyday he is saying he is gonna send today. which he is not doing it.I think he is scumming people like that.Desired Settlement: I want my money back since he has not done nothing and wasted my ticket. coz I had to cancel my flight.

This is a scam agency. They took our money and never worked on the hotels or flights we wanted. A day before Nadim tried to book random flights and hotels. We ended up not going. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!
