gentlemen about a block of rooms that had the same first name, therefore, I got the two mixed up. By the time I realized the mix up I had already booked up most of my rooms for a softball tournament that the local university is hosting. I informed this individual of the situation and apologized that I couldn't meet his entire room demands. I further informed him of the number and type of rooms I had left but heard nothing more from him until he filed his complaint.I can understand his frustration, however, I can't help that they scheduled the bowling tournament at the same time as our university's softball tournament. Also, I won't turn away a college team due to the amount of continuous business they give us throughout the year each year. Furthermore, I won't be giving this gentlemen any type of reimbursement.
