Review: Comcast sent a Prince Telecom technician (sub-contracted) to my house. The technician number is #8999. This was on July 30, 2015 between 8-10 AM. When he left, we noticed a 14 karat gold wedding band (engraved inside) was missing. We have contacted the police and filed a report. We have contacted Comcast who has also launched an investigation. We have contacted the Revdex.com affiliated with Comcast region but we had not contacted the Revdex.com regarding Prince Telecom. Prince Telecom is sending thieves to people's homes.Desired Settlement: Tell that thief to return my ring.
