PPrince telecom called me and stated that they has me confused with a customer from a different townHe stated he realized this and felt new needed to call and apologize He has planned to offer a settlement of $He stated for the delay of a month he was offering monthsAfter talking with my boyfriend of years which we purchased the house together we asked that there be compensation for the other months and the numerous phone calls and headaches dealt with and the trips minutes away to twc to try and resolve this when *** would not return my calls because he had me confused with another personWe feel that a fair settlement would be $per month since the first damage claim was filedI had to reopen the damage claim more than once because it was closed without resolutionThis has been ongoing since November

I was an ATT Uverse customer. On July 19 2013 I changed to Time Warner. They charged me a fee up front of $213.50 to cover my cable TV, my internet and my landline telephone, which I paid with a credit card. On the 24th. a gentleman from Prince telecom showed up at my home and represented himself as the technition for my Time Warner service. He connected my cable TV, never successfully connected my internet, and after he left my landline telephone was totally disconnected. I had no phone service for four days.

Consequently I canceled the Time Warner services two days later and went back to ATT. With in one business day on Saturday the 27th. ATT connected my cable TV, my internet and my landline telephone. The only problem is I lost my phone number which I have had for 38 years. Time Warner now owns my phone number and will not release it back to ATT on my behalf. And one more thing after spending countless hours on the phone I found out when I visited a Time Warner office in Milwaukee on Doctor Martin Luther King Dr. that I am not going to receive a full refund I will only get approx. $179 back because they have to charge me for a service call to my home. This really irritates me because the service call was a complete bust in that non of the things I ordered were properly functioning or not working at all. And no phone for four days and a lost phone number that I have had for 38 years.

Review: I had moved service with Time Warner Cable November 2014. Prince Telecom was the company that came to do the install. Upon the arrival of Prince telecom they appeared to be in a hurry. They finished the work and it was absolutely horrible. They left the cable run around my sons room not tucked and over his toys and items in his room. The cover plates that they put on were bulging from the walls in both rooms. They refused to put the modem where was requested also. I called immediately and placed a damage complaint and requested that a supervisor to come out and inspect the work and fix the issues. They did send someone out but it was not a supervisor or anyone of authority. He made the attempt to fix the issues at hand and created more. He removed the cable from around my sons room. He ran the cable outside to the garage. He was going to drill the hole in the siding and I recommended that he heat the siding or at least use a different bit. He was drilling with a drywall bit from the inside out in freezing temperatures. He then ran the lines across the walls of the garage at an angle after cracking the siding. The same occurred where he placed the modem on the North side of the house. The siding was also cracked there. This issue has been since last November. We have now gone 10 months waiting for a resolution to the issues and when the man that came here on August 19th was leaving he stated that his supervisor [redacted] would be contacting me in 3-5 days with a settlement proposal. I have called [redacted] on 8 different occasions. He will not answer or return my phone calls or voice mails. I drove 45 Minutes to the Time Warner Cable store on September 22, 2015 and had them call his cell phone from there. He did answer his phone for them and seemed "Caught off guard" the customer service rep stated to me. She then said that [redacted] stated he would be having his boss call me yet that day. As of 8pm on September 23rd 2015 I still have not heard from [redacted] or his boss.Desired Settlement: I would either like the siding replaced on my house on the North and West side where the damage was done or the cost of it paid to me to have it replaced. In the inside of the house I would like the cost of patching the 2 holes in the wall and the paint supplies to repaint both of the rooms that the walls are damaged.
