Response taken over phone by Revdex.com representative (**) *** ***, company secretary, states that the problem was not with the tires but with the wheel alignmentCompany spoke to the consumer's mechanic and was told that her car has a lot of problems. New tires will not change the problem
This is the second set of tires from the companyCompany exchanged the tires for different tiresCompany referred consumer to a mechanic who would do a good alignment for a reasonable price but cons stated she did not have the money, but wanted safe tires

Company responded by phone December 8-*** Ms*** states that the consumer came in and they refunded him $and returned his tires
