roughly $15 for the 50 amp site compared to the 30 amp site. Upon their arrival, they were checked into a 30 amp site and they went to their site; they were instructed on trying to park catty corner so they wouldn't have to unhook. They were adjacent to the 50 amp that they eventually moved to(that they say they wanted) and were still upset that they would have to pay more and had to unhook, even though they had seen the site and knew they would have to unhook in order to move. Just before this is received a call from my reservation staff that the customer wanted to see me and absolutely refused to pay the difference. was out attending to other matters related to running our operation but I turned around for the 10 minute drive back. When arrived back at the campground talked with my staff to make sure understood the situation and they informed me that she called again, demanding to know why I wasn't there. By the time had arrived at their site, they were in the 50 amp site and I explained that the reservation was made for the 30 amp service and they would have to pay the difference. I honored their Good Sam discount and explained that they had to pay. The customer then proceeded to threaten me, saying she would "have my job" and that she was going to report me to Good Sam, Revdex.com, and others. As she was yelling at me, a Chevy 3500 dually pulling a 3 axle, 43' toy hauler came behind her rig to pull into the site next to them, catty corner. explained that what that guest did is exactly what they could do to fit better. offered her a full and complete refund and stated that she could go somewhere else if they did not want to pay the difference, but once again she refused, I also informed her if she didn't pay could have her removed. She remained combative and despite my best efforts to explain the policies better, we parted ways and left and was expecting her to come pay the difference. After waiting for over 2 hours for her to come pay we had to call her again to have her come pay because we cannot officially move someone in our system with a balance due. She came down and wrote "under duress" on her receipt and continued to badger the office staff about the charge and complain about me. There will absolutely be no refund given.Trevor R[redacted]
