Prince William Home Improvement

Review: Prince William Home Improvement installed a bay window in my home with bad crank, the technician name John promised to order part to replace for the window but more than a year after several times he came in and out may house to take pictures on this window but the crank has never came along with him to be replaced. Until now I am still waiting for its service for more than a year. I have called Prince William Home Improvement office many times but the work has never been taking care.

Plus when I signed the contract with Prince William Home Improvement the salesman name Timothy told me after I pay off the order Prince William Home Improvement will send me a copy of a life time warranty for the product I purchased However, after may calls I have made to the office, until now its office has not sent me any paper work for a life time warranty for the product that I purchased through this company.
