I called yesterday and they are willing to refund us the money. However they are wanting to keep 30.00 from each of us for their work. I do not think that is fair.  I want all my money back.

Review: On 12/11/2014 my sister in law and niece went in to Princess Bridal due to us needing three flower girl dresses made for my Niece [redacted]'s wedding whom is getting married on 02/15/2015. They were told that the dresses would be done and ready for pick up on 02/15/2015 (mid January). My sister in law [redacted] gave a deposit of $100.00 on 12/11/2015.I my self went in on 12/29/2014 to get my daughter [redacted] fitted for the dress. I as well left a $60.00 deposit.[redacted] had sent [redacted] (sales associate) a copy of the dress that we wanted.on Saturday 01/24/2014 I took [redacted] back for a fitting. The dress was nothing compared to what the picture of the dress that we wanted was. I then told [redacted] that the dress was not the same, told her that the material was off and that it was way too puffy. It actually looked really funny. Her words were not worry, the dress is not finished yet, it will look like the one that you requested once completed. On Friday 01/30/2015 myself, my sister in law my niece [redacted] and all three girls came in to pick up the dresses. All three dresses were not even finished, the buttons were not yet on the dress, the dresses were still the same. The color was off, the material was different, the dress was so puffy even the girls did not like them. They had told [redacted] that the dresses would be done and ready for pick up on 01/15/2015 and that did not happen.[redacted]'s dress was way too tight from the sleeves and from the chest area, [redacted] was huge from the chest area and [redacted]'s was way too tight from the neck area. How does that happened, all three dresses were a nightmare.We then told [redacted] that we needed to speak to the owner regarding the product that was being delivered, it was nothing compared to what we had asked for. She then started to get an attitude towards us and stated that we were making excuses. She said that the manger was on vacation and would return on Friday and would all. Never called.Desired Settlement: We would like to get all of our deposit back, would like to be compensated for gas, mileage and my time wasted for having to go out there on three separate occasions for pretty much nothing. We told [redacted] to fix the dresses and to give us what we asked for a far as the dresses. Today is 02/10/2015, my nieces wedding in this Sunday 02/15/2015 and no one has bothered to call us back.[redacted] is very rude and has very poor customer service skills. She hung up o me when I called.
