Review: I ordered products from Princess Canopy Beds. Originally I was asked for dimensions, but to guarantee correctness, I mailed the company the exact canopy from the bed I needed a canopy made for. After months I received a canopy that is two inches short all around from reaching the canopy poles. I have tried to have this resolved, but the business keeps asking me for measurements - AGAIN I mailed them the canopy of exact measurements which provided them with what I needed. I can't get this company too correct a mistake for a produce that they have charged me over $500 to create - it's horrible. The curtains are the cheapest material available - totally see through and easily snagged. Also, the pink material on the curtains doesn't even come close to matching the pink on the quilt and other manufactured products. I can live with the shabby curtains (I've had someone else make a quality product BUT I want the canopy fixed.

I am sorry that you are disgruntled about your canopy top. As requested several times, what is the size of the canopy top that you state does not fit? I have NOT stated that I will not help you in the matter. My job is to create a canopy top at the dimensions that you provide in writing. What is the size of the top that you state does not fit? Without this information, I cannot help you. Thank you for your help in the matter.

When I get this item back, I will confirm the dimensions that you have provided prior and we will go from there. If the canopy is not as you requested in writing, then I will be more than happy to remake at my expense and reship back to you out of my pocket. If the canopy top has been made as you requested, then there will be a $25 remake cost plus the reship fee back to you.

I understand that you did send us a canopy top to follow until late in the game, but initially, you place an order for the zebra top and gave me dims to make this at. The purple top was made exactly after the top that you sent us and the zebra top made after the dims that you provided.

As for the canopy top in purple. You did send me $99 for labor on this. I never did ask you for more yet the cost of this item would have been $110 labor only plus $30 arch fee. This does leave an amount of $41 that I never did charge you. I am not trying to be unfair to you in business Mrs [redacted]. I have offered for you to send me dims so we can get resolution yet instead you dispute with Revdex.com. It would be more helpful for you to send to me the requested info if you would like help. Will you be sending back the top for correction?? if so, please get tracking.

Review: This is the worst business. I ordered a canopy bed for my daughters birthday thinking it was going to be great we'll it's a nightmare instead. The quality if the bed is complete [redacted]. It is not sturdy and the wood or the so called wood was all chipped up when I got it. I took pictures and contacted the owner right away they said it was the delivery peoples fault which they chose and I paid insurance on. So they filed a claim months later I finally get a response saying that they weren't covering the whole claim but they would send me some stuff to fix the bed and throw some free pillows in. We'll that never happened and I can not get them to respond or do anything. The bed is worthless and the owners are horrible. They are extremely nice at first but after the bed was delivered it was a different story. They have done nothing regarding this matter. If they did get the claim money from the delivery company that I paid insurance on I didn't receive anything from it. My purchase was made over 1 year ago.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund at this point. The company will not do anything but ignore me.
