Princess Mhoon Dance Institute

To whom it may concern,

I signed up my daughter for a dance class at the Princess Mhoon Dance Institute on December 18, 2018. As part of registering her for this class, I made a deposit of $230. A few days later, I realized that my daughter had a scheduling conflict with the class for which I signed her up, so I reached out to the Mhoon Dance Institute to cancel her registration and obtain a refund. After leaving several messages for the Institute, I heard back from the director on January 2, and she then instructed the institute's business manager (via email) to process a refund in the amount of $230 to my credit card account.

I have thus far received no refund from the Institute despite several additional email exchanges. I'd like to receive my refund ASAP.
