"business" has yet to appologize for their action that took place. The only reason why the other nail tech fixed my nail because I threaten to call the police. Now they're saying they love servicemember and "African Americans" but was quick to deny me of service and kick me out because I refuse to leave until my nail got fixed back. Some love that they was showing there. Also using vulgar language toward me as if I didn't know what was being said, as I stated before, I'm fluent in several languages. They are lucky I don't sue them for discrimination for the things that was being said on that day. This company have a history of doing exactly what they did to me to other customers. On yelp one customer wrote this:
Worse place ever!!!!! If I could have given no stars I would have! Ruined my nails and then refused to fix them! Completely upset!!!

And this was dated on March 2013. They have several other reviews that states the same problem. This company is a fraud that provide unnecessary service to customer in which they didn't ask for it. How can a $16 job turn into $25, sounds like a scam to me. So instead of apologizes to me as a customer, they want to write that they love "African Americans". That had nothing to do with the service I receive from this terrible company. As I stated before, I'll let others know not to EVER go to this "business" for service since they lack of any good customer service skill.

Review: On 19 June 2014, at 1700, I proceeded to go to Princess Nail to receive a refill service on my nails. Once in the salon, one of the nail tech ask what I wanted and I replied I wanted a refill. I was seated at one of the female desk and she proceed to do my nail. She asked if I wanted a new fill set and I reply five times that I just wanted a refill. She then proceeded to remove to of my nails off and that told me that it would be an addition $6 to fix those two nails that SHE removed without my permission. I then told her that I didn't ask her to remove my nails I just came in for a refill, I told her that I will not be paying an additional $6 because she remove my nail on her on will. The nail tech then told me that I have to pay because or she wasn't going to fix my nail. I then ask ti speak to her manager because she refused to fix my two nails that she intentionally took off so that I would have to pay $25 for a new fill set instead of $16 for a refill. The manager never show so then I ask for the owner and they wasn't there either. Another female tech come over and she was saying that the female tech who was doing my nails will not be fixing my nails because that what I ask for and told me to leave. I told the salon that I was calling the police if someone doesn't fix my two nail that the female nail tech took off so I can get it done from a better establishment. After waiting 20 mins a male tech fix me two nails that was pulled off from the female tech and charged me $6 to repair them. The establishment is totally unprofessional. They thought that just because they spoke in a different language other then english that I wouldn't understand what they was saying about me while I was waiting. I'm a black female and they was talking about my race and they always have problems with "black" people in their language. I'm fluent in several different language and I know for a fact what was said.Desired Settlement: The owner's of this salon needs to train their workers on customers service and proper treatment to all customers. I will NEVER go to this establishment again and will adverse everyone I know not too go there either. I have also wrote on several different review site and so have many others giving the salon a negative feedback.
