Mark, the Sales Specialist, was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions in great detail He knew his products and he knew the industry We were looking to replace an Air Conditioner and Heater/Furnace We had been w/o AC for most of July and they were very responsive and professional Mark spent a good deal of time with us and went over everything in great detail Not being mechanically savvy, this was most helpful He made several recommendations and gave us details on each option available to us We hope we get Mark the next time we need help of this kind

Kyle did a thorough job of preparing our AC for the summer He showed me how several things are done and suggested some improvements I might want to make
Had furnace service by [redacted] He had a difficult diagnosis problem, but fortunately a relatively simple repair His knowledge, expertise and professionalism is outstanding As the problem was variable (sometimes the furnace worked - sometime it did not), I was concerned that it would be difficult to repair if it was working when the technician arrived Sure enough, it was working when [redacted] arrived However, with his extensive knowledge of heating equipment, and his willingness to go through extensive diagnostics, he was able to identify and correct the problem
[redacted] is fantastic and very conscientious He pays attention to the details and makes sure the furnaces are in top working order If there is a problem he goes the extra mile to fix it the first time He came out in a snow storm to fix a no heat situation and returned the next morning with a new part
