[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It does not answer or fix the issueThe reason being is that in December I went into the office and explained I will be moving out so why wasn't I informed that my lease automatically renews? I also was not explained that I needed to give a day notice, yes it is in my contract as I stated before( which I was never given) but being as you guys read contracts constantly you failed to mention this information when I went and asked what measures needed to be taken in order to leave Princeton Estates in the best possible wayIf your aim is to consistently deliver a professional service you should invest on reliable staff members who can do their job correctly because as I stated in my last letter I went within my days notice period and I was never explained those conditionsI went times and every time I went I was only told to write a letter, most apartments request a days notice since I was not explained it was supposed to be I didn't do it until a month beforeUntil my contract was renewed is when I was provided the information I needed to terminate my contactAs a business you are required to provide adequate information to the customer and you failed to do soHonestly to me it seems like you guys do not provide the full information so that my contract will automatically renew and I get stuck paying the two months rent and feeThis is the only conclusion I can come up with that explains why your staff would not provide me with the correct information Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: It does not answer or fix the issue. The reason being is that in December I went into the office and explained I will be moving out so why wasn't I informed that my lease automatically renews? I also was not explained that I needed to give a 60 day notice, yes it is in my contract as I stated before( which I was never given) but being as you guys read contracts constantly you failed to mention this information when I went and asked what measures needed to be taken in order to leave Princeton Estates in the best possible way. If your aim is to consistently deliver a professional service you should invest on reliable staff members who can do their job correctly because as I stated in my last letter I went within my 60 days notice period and I was never explained those conditions. I went 3 times and every time I went I was only told to write a letter, most apartments request a 30 days notice since I was not explained it was supposed to be 60 I didn't do it until a month before. Until my contract was renewed is when I was provided the information I needed to terminate my contact. As a business you are required to provide adequate information to the customer and you failed to do so. Honestly to me it seems like you guys do not provide the full information so that my contract will automatically renew and I get stuck paying the two months rent and fee. This is the only conclusion I can come up with that explains why your staff would not provide me with the correct information.

February 25, 2015
In response to the complaint submitted on February 20, 2015 with regards to [redacted] not having any running water in her kitchen. Unfortunately, with the extreme freezing temperatures we have had recently, our community has been affected just as has the surrounding...

metro area with frozen and/or busted pipes, sewer lines, etc.As we empathize with our residents and the struggles they have faced over the last week, our company worked diligently around the clock to make the necessary repairs so that our residents were inconvenienced as little as possible. Letters were sent out to every resident during this time; however, our major focus was on the residents directly affected with broken pipes and flooded apartments. We would appreciate being able to address each resident individually but with a community of 474 apartments, at times priorities take precedence.
In closing, our aim is to consistently deliver a professional service to our customers and would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused them. Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention and I hope that you will have no further cause for any complaint in relation to our services. If you should have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me directly at ###-###-####.
