The patient called in regards to this overpayment on 10/31/14. After careful review we determined at that time the patient was correct and an overpayment was noted on this account. The patient was assured a refund would be forthcoming within the next weeks. Our turn
around is to weeks as we process the refunds monthly. Depending when the request comes in and when the refunds are being generated, we quote the patients weeks.
