Princeton Radiology

Hello,
I was scheduled for two appointments at the N. Harrison St location with Princeton Radiology for a CT scan on 12/8/15 at 8:00am with a 7:40am arrival and 12/11/15 at 8:30am with an 8:15am arrival. Due to food allergies and an ongoing medical condition I had lab work and was prescribed steroids for both appointments. For the 12/8/15 appt I consumed two bottles of contrast in preparation for the CT scan.
Dec 8, 2015 - I arrived on time and the receptionist checked me in only to find out from the nurse that I had been prescribed and consumed the wrong contrast for the type of scan prescribed by my specialist. My appt was rescheduled for Dec 11, 2015 for an 8:15am arrival for an 8:30am appt. Please note that my appt card indicated 8:15am and I have a recorded message indicating 8:15am.
Dec 9, 2015 - I called sick from work due to a reaction to the contrast.
Dec 11, 2015 - I arrived to the office at 8:30am due to traffic and checked in with the receptionist. The receptionist informed me that I would have to be rescheduled because I was supposed to arrive at 7:15am to begin drinking the contrast, not 8:15am and questioned if anyone had told me to arrive at 7:15am. Mind you, I had also taken steroids again as a precaution for allergic reactions.
At this time, I received an apology and was offered a THIRD appointment. I declined service because by this appointment I had no faith in the staff's ability to provide service and did not want to chance possible injury. I called my specialist reporting the incidents and was referred to an area hospital to have the CT scan completed.
Please note that due to these failed appointments, I have lost time from work, inconvenienced and taken medication (steroids) for no reason!!
